应届生是一个非常好的经验交流网站，我在这里得到了很多很有用的信息，所以一方面向写一点自己的东西回报这里，另一方面为拿offer攒个人品。
我是对外经贸大学经济学税收方向的小本科一枚，申请的是毕马威的税务部门。
网申通过之后，开始准备笔试，也就是传说中的24+36经典题型，只不过今年已经降低了难度，数学是中文的。
每个人都有一个题本，题本的编号相对应你的答题纸，每个人题都不一样。
其实相比德勤，普华在电脑上做测试，我更喜欢纸质的考试。
lz做完之后感觉并不是太好，数学在保证正确率的情况下，按顺序只写了15道，问了下其他人，其实算少的。
那个题本身并不难，只要不是那个紧张的气氛，再多给一些时间，大家都能做出来。
关于做题方法，有些人喜欢做到没思路的题就跳到下一道，其实这样比拟科学，只不过楼主性格属于一根筋型，所以就挨个做了。
Verbal题不是特别难，有点类似GMAT逻辑题的解题思路，做完了还剩下快两分钟。
我想告诉大家的是，毕马威的笔试所占比重非常高，这一环节淘汰率非常的高，而且笔试成绩的重要性楼主深有体会。
楼主因为私人原因申的是深圳所，在M面之后一段时间，hr打来告诉我深圳所人满了，问我要不要考虑北京所，如果楼主笔试成绩很烂特别烂的话，绝不会被放在waiting list里面的，也就没有par面的时机了。
没方法啊，只有北京所要人的话，那也得去啊。
总之淘汰率应该是从笔试到面试逐次递减的，虽然楼主不是什么笔试大牛，但是还是觉得好好准备笔试很重要。
笔试环节结束接到M面的之后，就开始准备case和一些常规问题。
关于case，楼主选择的是宜家家居，本来想弄个新鲜一点的题材能引起manager的兴趣，因为我猜想企业案例选宝洁和欧莱雅之类的人肯定很多，没想到manager完全对宜家家居无感啊，所以建议大家以后选择案例的时候，一定要从面试官的角度出发，可能选择一个更被人熟知的题材更能营造一个良好的沟通气氛。

下面把我的面试经验提供给各位：1 网申：四大的网申几乎是同一天做的，就德勤来说，网申内容很简单，没有open question，只要填好个人信息，上传一份就好了。
这一步只要大家多多认真，根本通过。
另外注意，英语六级是必须的，否那么会被系统刷掉。
2 ：今年德勤的笔试是最简单的了，全部中文不说，而且很多都是老题目。
我记得考试前天晚上做了很多模拟题，有些居然跟考试题一样，所以我德勤笔试10分钟就做完交卷了。
不过，我笔试的时候已经签约华为，所以这场笔试是抱着打酱油的心态来的。
就算题目再简单，也要检查检查再提交。
3 ac面：ac面，也就是assessment center, 评估中心。
说白了就是群面。
群面由两个局部组成，一个是，一个是小组讨论。
自我介绍倒是没什么，每个人说几句话就可以了，注意这里是英文的，面试前先练下发音，免得太紧张舌头打结。
小组讨论算是比拟有意思的环节，每个人都会有一个题本，里面有一个很详细的案例(全英文注意)。
我们要讨论的就是如何设计一个方案来满足案例的要求。
我们抽到的是排序类的案例，给你很多材料和对应的价格，然后再给你一定的预算，让你设计一个方案出来。
在讨论的过程当中，是随便用中文还是英文的，如果英文话就果断藏拙，用中文吧，没问题的。
讨论完了是陈述环节，每个人就刚刚的讨论陈述自己的观点，注意这里是英文的，所以讨论的时候就要想好英文怎么说，免得到时候说不出一句话.总的来说，这个对小组配合要求挺高的。
如果小组有人太强势，那么你们这一队可能就乱掉了。
我们小组还挺和谐的，后来发现我们这一组全都进了，所以运气也挺重要。
4 par面：这就是聊天了，没啥专业问题，没啥英文测试(注意，有可能你的面试官是外国的par，必须全英文)，放轻松就好。

毕马威面经第一篇
kpmg精英计划＋校招全流程这里分别是我和我男朋友的精英计划面经和我自己的校招面经，希望能帮到大家！先是男票的JerameKP之旅【引】与其说是“受人之托”（其实是我自己想写）去写我在KPMG的所见所感，不如说是自己怀念吧，怀念过去的那一年多来，我和它之间的故事。
而因为最后一些别的原因遗憾地告别K记，这种怀念又似乎会带给我那么一丝伤感和抱歉。
在正式开始前，需要说明两点：其一，我所叙述的经历只限于自己亲身体会到的，之后的年份如果有变化，恕我无法跟进（2014-2015）我和KPMG接触的平台是它的Elite Programme，一般我们又会称它“精英计划”。
简单地说来，它是一个实习+培训+面试的综合体。
如果全程参加完，时间跨度在两年左右。
一般，精英计划会在每年的三月左右做网申，对于申请者的年级要求是大二下或者研一下。
所以我想可能很多看到这篇文章的人已经错过了这个媒介；但是这个计划的流程和内容，与K记的校招，以及实习计划确有很多相似之处。
【网申】首先是网申。
在三月左右的网申季（类比九月校招网申季和十月寒假实习网申季），稍加留意会有很多的渠道获知这一计划的信息：比如应届生网、微信、学校的就业网，或者校园内张贴的海报等等。
我记得自己当时是从Taffy那边获取到了这个信息，她鼓励我要去试一试。
我去听了宣讲会，人山人海，不过感觉意义不是特别大——后来我发现，其实大部分不带笔面试的宣讲会确无参加的必要。
而网申的5个Open Question也是让我绞尽脑汁，所以一直拖拖沓沓，直到Deadline的前一天才勉强填完提交。
说一些网申要注意的点吧。
K记的网申，精英计划、实习、校招的界面好像是一样的，但是每次申请一个新的计划（譬如之前申请过寒假实习，现在要申校招），就要重新用不同的一个邮箱注册账号；而之前填的申请表格是一直保留在服务器上的，所以直到现在我还能看到去年4月我填的东西。
还有就是K记的一些邮件可能会进垃圾邮件箱或者广告邮件（当然四大的邮件普遍存在这个问题），有的邮箱反垃圾设置有问题，垃圾邮件1天就删掉了，这样会很耽误事，需要引起注意。

KPMG网申、笔经、面试-技巧
网申，平时的社团实习经历和活动体验还是很有用处的，会有的填。
后来的笔试证明，网申刷掉的人是很少的，基本申的人都会参加笔试。
不过有人说网申的信息会永远记录下来，并且在笔试和面试最终筛选中也会发挥重要左右，所以还是要认真填写。
关于内容真实性问题，因为是需要提供证明人的，而且不能是父母，同学，或朋友。
笔试，会刷掉80%的申请者。
做准备，主要就是在毕业生和Hiall 等论坛上搜搜笔经，特别是经典24和36题。
数学极为头痛，正确率还好，就是速度，24分钟做24题，每一题又不是一两步就能解出来的，做完是不可能的。
不过还是要坚持多练习，这样对数字和图表就会非常敏感，真实考试做起题目来也会觉得顺手一点。
有一个reference code很重要，是网申的时候给的，建议大家提前背住。
之后HR发给我们铅笔和橡皮，没有计算器的会发，不过还是自己的用的比较熟悉。
数学不仅看做题数量，正确率也是要看的。
告诫大家做不完或不会做的时候了还是空着吧，8选1，蒙对的几率实在太小了，反而会影响正确率。
还有就是考试不能在卷子上做任何标记，否则0分。
面试，同时也是人数最多的一轮，要么得offer，要么收reject letter。
面试要求是穿正装的，不过还是有人没穿或没看到这个要求。
说起穿正装，社团总穿正装的关系会比较适应。
面试前会收到传说中的K钥匙链，然后发计算器，水，铅笔，草稿纸和做名牌。
之后大家进行了自我介绍。
面试形式是15分钟看案例+30分钟自由讨论。
建议一定要记好笔记，框架一定要把握好，根据框架里的几个要点把握好接下来的讨论重点。
结果是要看RP的。
强人很多，相差的其实也不大，还是要看HR们的想法了。

一个积极进取的大二孩子在大二就已经要开始寻找实习机会，及早实习不仅(bùjǐn)是为了应付学校对专业实习的要求，更是尽快让自己接地气，与社会接轨，而实习经历无疑也会影响着你在大三和大四时对自己职业发展的思考。
在寻找实习前，大家做好以下(yǐxià)工作！1.请准备好你的简历大二的孩子的简历可能比较空白，也可能非常的丰富，两者区别的关键在于你是如何度过你的大学以及你是如何阐释(chǎnshì)你的大学。
建议准备简历前，先拿一张空白的纸把自己大学做过的，参加过的所有活动（大小不限）列一个清单，每个活动你的角色是什么，做过什么努力，大大小小都要全部回忆出来。
然后开始按照学术，社会活动等类别筛选可以体现你的价值和能力的活动，注意：你选择的活动首先要说服自己，第二要能够用清晰简明有力的语言表达出来。

在写这个内容的时候，一定要用动词短语，遇到可以用具体数值表示的事情一定要用具体数值，如应该是：负责100家经销商3个月的财务质量检查，而不应该泽稷网校-财务金融证书在线教育领导品牌是：负责经销商的财务质量检查。

毕马威、德勤、普华永道网申及笔试经验由于刚刚接到了GA面通知，在这里分享一下这三家会计师事务所的网申以及笔试经历，希望能帮到大家，同时也为自己求点人品啦~那么就按申请顺序来说明吧！网申：毕马威精英计划：K家的网申筛选条件还是很微妙的。
整个网申过程需要非常大的耐心把那些问题填完，一定要保持耐心坚持到最后。
我记得当时自己花了三天断断续续把那些资料以及OP答完。
实际上最后问了通过的小伙伴们，答了洋洋洒洒几百字的和答了两句话的都有过了的。
也有朋友准备的很认真，最后却没有通过网申- -所以说他家的筛选条件还是很微妙的，但是认认真真填写总是没有错的，因为他家的OP非常具有代表性，对其他几家网申及面试什么的非常有帮助。
网申结果大概会在Deadline之后两天发出，耐心等待不要捉急啦。
普华永道LEAP俱乐部：LEAP比其他几家多出了一道校园面试环节，算是在校园里就小小的筛了一批人吧。
首先这家是需要先下载一份简历，自己填好后按照要求发到指定邮箱。
简历里基本就是介绍一下自己的情况，课外活动以及获奖经历什么的。
最后会有一道OP，问为什么要选择LEAP。
因为前面简历基本上突出不了个人特点，所以最后一道问题基本上是这份简历的亮点吧，需要认真回答。
据说，简历筛选就刷掉了50%的人...如果简历筛选通过，恭喜你，你会收到上一届LEAP学长学姐发来的短息以及邮件，进入到校园面试环节。
据说今年我赶上了改革，面试环节有所改变，但整体来说面试还是非常轻松的。
因为都是由学长学姐来面试，所以不用太紧张~首先需要准备一分钟个人介绍，可以是中文也可以是英文。
之后会提供给你三个小纸条，随意抽出一张就是你面试的问题啦。
整个面试这是唯一一个必须用英文回答的环节。
问题不难，当时我们那届好像问的是你有什么缺点，做过的最有价值的一件事，以及怎样规划你的一天什么的。
回答完问题之后，就可以用中文和学长学姐聊天啦~问题基本上是围绕你的简历进行的。
放轻松，同时在回答问题中“间接”提及你身上某个很符合LEAP的品质，感觉就非常好啦。

码字码死我了~ 附件是昨晚整理的par面面经，不全是今年，上海的多些，感觉par面情况引人而异，可供参考的倒不是具体会问到的问题，而是对于一些问题par的解释，感觉代表了KPMG的价值观，重点那个全英文那篇话说可能有不少筒子看过我的一面面经，对，就是“火车晚点，出租错路”的那个!今天在恒50楼等候的时候，好几个31号10点30另一组的童鞋，聊天的时候都说“哦，你就是上回迟到那个啊”。
我汗......一个同济的MM说，我看你写的一面面经了了，给你回复了。
话说这个同济的MM很NICE，我们都面完了还在恒隆一楼碰到聊了一会儿。
为了防止上次的意外再次发生，本人今天特地买了苏州发车7：45的动车，万一这一班差几分钟没赶上还有7：56那班。
周二上午收到通知立刻去观前买票，刚回到学校就接到HR第二个电话，Par面时间改了，从上午9：30改道下午2：30......我一咬牙，好，2点半!本想改签，后来一想，算了，我一早就去!早上六点起床，给老爸发了个短信，洗澡，穿衬衣，裤子，上装，梳头 (6)点四十五出门，打车，学习复旦某牛人，钻进前排扣上安全带，“师傅，赶火车，您尽管飚吧”7点05就进了站……汗。
在车上掏出周二买的经济观察报，汗啊，貌似一面的经理对金融危机的判断很对一切只是刚刚开始满版都是坏消息!43分钟很快过去，上海站到了，昨天在google上考察了恒隆周围的地形，发现了最近的学校是交大药学院，我去那儿找个教室好好准备面试不行?地铁二号线静安寺下三号口出长德路右转北京西路，perfect!下了火车一想，貌似301到陕西北路啊，更近啊，不用走了，等301!好几辆104过去了，就是不见301……问了下执勤的大叔，汗啊，301是夜里的，白天就是104……google ditu 啊104陕西北路北京西路下车，步行交大药学院……汗啊，怎么都是行政楼，研究所……怎么没有教学区……后来一想才明白，人家是上海医药研究所和交大合作办学，学生当然都在交大校园里，这里是原来的研究说，没有大批学生计划落空……再汗。
KPMG与其他四大的比较
文章一：由于我是KPMG的员工，我的回答至少在形式上就缺乏独立性。
我将尽量客观公正地回答这一问题。
但这仅是我的个人观点，不代表KPMG或任何人。
我也许会对PWC、EY以及KPMG 的一些事情提出批评，也请任何人把这些批评看作是就事论事的讨论，不要将我牵涉进任何争论或诉讼中。
首先，最重要的一点，我不认为有足够的理由选择四大中的一家而舍另一家。
四大各有优缺点，依每个人的想法不同，选择任何一家都是可能的。
PWC在全球是最大的，KPMG是四大中唯一一家在欧洲的业务超过在美国的业务的事务所。
其实这些都没有太大意义，因为这与它们在中国的业务无关。
以前，我见到不少毕业生选择AA，因为AA曾是全球最大的，但他们不知道AA在中国的管理层曾有过大的动荡，这不可避免地会影响AA在中国的业务，以及一个普通员工在AA中国的工作环境。
所以，在四大全球谁最大的问题上，除了能满足一下虚荣心外，没有别的用处。
一个毕业生应该重视的，一是宏观方面：四大在中国的业务前景；二是微观方面:具体的那一家四大的办公室的工作环境和其中的人。
然后在这对两方面进行了解后，思考一下你进去后能做什么。
毕竟，你进四大的目的是学东西和积累工作经验。
下面我将就这两方面做一下比较。
四大在中国的业务。
KPMG和PWC差不多，EY弱一些。
在大的外商投资企业方面，大家都是四大，各有千秋。
在中国国内企业方面，KPMG在大客户上领先，PWC在中小客户方面占优势。
EY在这一点上目前没有什么优势。
但它正在兼并国内所，可能会很快在这方面变强。
四大的办公环境和人员，我个人认为PWC在这点上目前最弱。
PWC太大了，它把AA 在中国的人员吸收了过去，但AA的很多全球客户却跑到其他四大那里了。
所以PWC的审计人员现在也许是四大中最闲的。
同时，PWC还要整合它的员工与AA的员工。
从公司文化、审计具体方法（原则上不会有大的出入，但具体操作会不同）、技术系统、工资体系、培训等各方面整合，这一过程一般至少要三年时间。
