1.拿到FAIL M/B 該如何?
[目視法]
◆首先檢查整片M/B外觀,確認是否完整,有無破裂刮痕(TRACE)、燒毀 (零件、 MOSFET 、 電容、 CHOKE)、板彎、零件歪斜掉落、異物 沾黏痕跡(含SOCKET 、SLOT 、PIN HEADER 、CONNECTOR 、 零件PIN腳) 、DIP PIN/ICT點有無短路、氧化腐蝕…等等。 ◆維修工程師依據外觀損毀程度初判為人為/非人為損壞,進而能否實施 維修(注意保固年限)
