Re:职业健康安全管理体系告知信息

Health and Safety Management System Information

全球国际货运代理（中国）有限公司（以下统称“全球货运”）将于2012年1月起开始实施职业健康安全管理体系。作为全球货运的供应商，应当承诺在保护环境和遵守社会秩序的前提下，为所有员工提供一个健康和安全的工作环境，减少或消除员工的职业健康安全风险。同时我们也要求各供应商能够：

Schenker China Ltd. (“Schenker”) shall establish and implement Health and Safety Management System from January 2012. All Schenker’ s subcontractors should affirms their commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, eliminate or minimize risks to employees who could be exposed to health and safety hazards associated with its activities under the premise that their operations are carried out in a manner that protects the environment and community in general. Meanwhile, all subcontractors are expected to:

1.遵守与职业健康和安全有关的法律法规及管理规定；

Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory demands related to health and safety;

2.为员工创造一个健康和安全的工作环境并提供必要的资源和保障；

Provide a healthy and safe workplace for employees and ensure the availability of relevant resources;

3.识别公司在业务开展或提供服务的过程中存在的，并可能导致事故或疾病的重

要健康安全因素和危险源，并采取必要措施做好防范；

Identify significant Health and Safety aspects and hazards in the process of activities and

services that could cause accidents or illness and take necessary preventive measures;

4.保证并满足客户就健康和安全方面的要求。

Safeguard and meet the demands from the customer on health and safety.
