我理想中的公司我从以下几个方面去考量我理想中的公司:1、薪酬福利;2、品牌实力;3、企业文化;4、职业发展。
首先要有丰厚完善的员工福利,舒适的工作环境,稳定的雇佣关系以及良好的收入水平。
其次要考虑该公司的实力,企业的市场地位、发展前景、知名度都在考虑范围内。
还有文化,公平公正、和谐的人际关系、尊重个性这些也都值得重视。
最后还要考虑职业发展,我的晋升通道、培训机会、工作轮换机会等等。
综合考虑各方因素我觉得我比较钟情于微软公司,一家在2011年“中国大学生心目中最佳雇主”排行榜上名列第四的美国公司。
微软的雇主品牌一直强调,加入微软就是是三个方面的价值:文化、机会,还有影响。
微软招收的是最聪明的人,而且企业文化中也充满激情和多元化,这在我看来很适合我的个性。

虽然微软是做软件行业,但任何公司都需要人力资源管理,且电脑软件行业是一个我较为感兴趣的行业,很适合我工作。
考虑到个人发展前景,首先像微软这种国际性的公司,有着较为完善的薪酬和晋升制度,我对自己的职业规划能看到一个清晰的愿景。

每个人从小到大都过无数次的梦想,到了工作以后就会对自己理想的工作状态多一点,而这种对自己工作的理想或设想是跟一个人的工作阅历、工作成就、工作目标等有着千思万缕的联系,因为只有当一个人有了确定的实在的工作目标,才会也会把目前不是自己想要的那种理想中的公司文化或工作氛围通过自己的努力影响他人或带动他人一起努力。
那么我想谈谈我理想中的公司是怎样呢?
一、清晰的企业方向
没有谁愿意在一个没有发展目标的企业中工作,因为没有前景的未来相当于没有方向的征途。
一个企业中,会因工作需要分为若干个工作团队,但工作团队的目标一定依据的是公司的发展方面而设定的。
企业为了自己存在的目的和所要达到的任务,都会制定相应的目标,从总体上体现企业经营发展战略,确定企业的使命与宗旨,激发员工动力,集中意志向目标前进。
二、领导团队带领员工发挥主观能动性
企业就是一个在斜坡上前进的球,面对激烈的市场竞争,面对客户,应该时刻保持旺盛的精力,保持前进的决心,保持一种愈战愈勇的恒心,根据企业预定的目标,运用科学的方法,实现目标。
一个企业在总经理(领导团队)的领导下,除了总经理(领导团队)的决策以外,就是员工的主观能动性的发挥。
我想作为公司
的一名员工,应该为自己公司的理想而努力,有这样一句名言:神圣的工作在每个人的日常事务里,理想的前途在于一点一滴做起。

三、有效的计划管理
古人云:凡事预则立,不预则废,可见计划的重要性。
有效的计划管理能让企业合理分配资源、顺利达成目标,在崇尚科学管理的现代企业里更应重视对计划的管理,尤其是作为发展中的中小型企业在计划管理方面更应该加强认识:
一是重视计划管理的必要性。
很多企业普遍产生“计划无用”、“计划赶不上变化”的思想观念。
然而,市场环境的多变性和不确定性恰恰反映出计划的重要性,没有计划何谈变化?没有计划前提下的变化将无一例外的陷入工作的混乱,结果可想而知:项目进度延期、成本严重超支、问题层出不穷,最终会导致客户投诉率居高不下,经营业绩和公司形象会严重受损。
二是建立完善的工作中的计划管理。
首先,要明确计划是什么,分清业绩计划、工作计划、客户管理计划、业绩进度计划、项目开发计划等等,避免不同类别的计划重叠和混淆;其次,通过有次序的计划管理统筹部门工作,具体业务的了解,统筹和协调等职责,避免只为计划的收集、汇总和考核未真正达到制定计划的目的,最后,完善计划管理相应的步骤、流程、操作指引和工作标准支撑,可以这样设定:计划制定合理性是否强、计划变更随意性大否、变更频繁等等。
对于发展中的企业而言,计划是公司经营计划编制的基础和依据;公司经营计划是多个项目开发计划映射在某特定时间段内的具体落实和体现;所以对我们公司而言是很着重于各部门的工作计划,通过计划的编制、计划的执行、反馈和考核实施等一系列管理“组合”,一定能开创出更大的发展空间,能建立起科学、合理、适用的计划管理系统,使企业走上发展的快车道。
四、核心的企业文化
面对残酷的市场竞争,企业缺少的往往不是产品,不是技术,也不是人力资源,真正缺少的是一种文化、一种凝聚力和一种团队精神。
就企业文化而言,它所承载的内容很多,不能笼而统之地谈论,我理想中的公司有别于其他组织,才能做到特立独行,真正体现出自身的核心价值级承载的使命,比如:
一是“蚂蚁”精神:团结、合作、毅力是蚂蚁给人类社会提供的启示。
蚂蚁虽小但照样可以把钢筋水泥钻出洞,对每个团队来
讲,这一精神不可或缺。
虽然我们的分工很明确,但同事间的相互团结,互相理解,会让大家心往一处想、劲往一处使的态势。
二是“钻子”本色:公司绝大多数员工,或多或少地从事着某一技术工作,其间的区别仅在于领域和深度各不相同。
所以掌握某种技能是从业的基础,学业务、钻技术是每个人的立足资本。
三是“老牛”性格:老实、本分、勤劳是“老牛”犁地折射出的性格特质。
不论是做人、做事,这一特质值得我们每一位员工效仿。
做任何事情,都需要脚踏实地、一步一个脚印,来不得半点浮夸、一丝虚假,也没有任何捷径可走;尤其像我们从事高风险的金融工作这一视安全重于泰山的行业,更应这样。
任何文化,要让团队广泛接受仅靠说教远远不够,而更多地要倚仗规则、制度流程和载体,同时,还须让团队里的每个成员都能体会到:有规定的规则或制度参照使我们在处理工作事务时不至于模凌两可、模糊随意,而把自己融入其中而带来的好处。
所以在文化建设方面,要建立高效团队,需要通过不断完善或补充各种制度,做到既有针对性又有较强可操作性,并在此基础上对自制的规则能适应市场及公司不断发展需要而进行动态管理,并予以不断修正补充完善,使其既有相对的延续性又有较强的时效性,进而达到对全员纠偏、约束的目的,最终使我们的文化起到应有的作用。
最后,文化建设中必须建立监督激励机制,对每位管理者、员工进行对全方位考核,让规则得以彻底执行。
对人的激励,不是靠
外在的推动,拿奖金去刺激,更主要是靠内在的牵引,内在的牵引力比外在的推动力要强大得多。
当一种价值观被企业的员工认同以后,就会成为一种粘合剂,来激励员工奋发向上,从各方面把企业的成员凝聚和团结起来。
通过企业文化的塑造,使员工从内心深处产生为企业拼搏的献身精神。
五、有效沟通、授权、成本风险控制
人与人之间,部门与部门之间,企业上下级之间,以及其他各个方面之间,特别需要彼此进行沟通,互相理解,互通信息,如果沟通的渠道长期堵塞,信息不交流,感情不融洽,关系不协调,就会影响工作,甚至使企业每况愈下,要管理好现代企业.就要不断加强企业内部的互通信息、传递资料、交流感情,员工清楚知道公司的方针、政策和所处的形势,建立起一套成熟完善的沟通系统。
管理者应该根据项目或工作重要性的分类,对不同重要性的项目或工作采用不同的有效的授权方式。
同时管理者也应该不断学习,根据自己的下属接受能力,选择不同的授权方式,提高工作效率和培养梯队。
对于管理或被管理的,有一种东西是无法无法推让的,那就是自己在本岗位上的“责任”。
任何企业都重视控制成本,光靠勤俭节约还不够,因为勤俭节约控制的成本只能是小部分,真正要大规模地控制成本,就必须在整工作的时间安排和工作方案的设计上要严谨尽可能的考虑周全,不放过任何可能出现的异常情况、环节或问题,把工作效率最大化
才是正真的节约成本(人力、时间、其他部门的配合、公司资源等)。
一直以来,我理想有这样一个企业,可以给大家打造一个可持续发展的平台,一个实现自我价值的港湾,一个展示才华的舞台,一个畅所欲言的空间,一个放飞梦想的世界,你的心有多大,世界就有多大,这就是我心目中理想的公司,它应该是这样的:
1、员工在这家公司工作,是非常开心的;
2、公司员工是非常团结的;
3、员工在这家公司工作,领导在与不在一个样,“我”是为自己在工作;这家公司也是“我的”;
4、员工与老板、上司之间是没有“阶层”概念的,大家都是工作伙伴,区别仅仅是工作岗位的不同;老板要对公司负责,员工要对公司负责;
5、公司员工拥有一个共同的目标、共同的愿景、共同的努力方向;
6、公司永远都要给予员工合理的薪酬,合理的薪酬不是“大锅饭”,而是要根据每个人的技能给予合理的薪酬;
7、员工的工作都是非常主动的、自发的,没有谁为谁工作,谁为谁加班的想法,员工永远没有“我是来打工的”这种想法;
8、大家都勇于自己的所作所为负责任;
9、公司要关心员工的家人、关心员工的生活;
10、公司要尊重任何一个员工,不论他处在哪个工作岗位;
11、员工的工作都是高效率的,员工工作都是认真的,员工都是愿意不断学习和提升自己的;
12、公司应该是不断发展的,公司规模应该是不断扩大的,同样员工所获取的报酬也是可以随着公司发展而不断提高的,员工也是随着公司发展不断而成长的;
13、公司不应该是老板或者几个股东所拥有的,要在合适的时间使之成为公司所有员工拥有;
14、员工在这家公司工作是全心全意的,不会有“身在曹营心在汉“的想法;
15、公司是一个很好的团队,每个人都有自己的用武之地,当然公司也不会因为某个人的离开而无法正常运作;
在公司成立两周年之际,祝公司蓬勃发展、欣欣向荣!
