宝洁公司的面试环节：

网上投递简历后，经筛选合格的申请者将会先后参加宝洁公司的解答能力测试和托业考试，都是比较初级的测验。通过之后就迎来了关键的面试环节。面试一般有2至3轮，第一轮一般只有一位面试官，简单了解一下申请人的综合素质，包括品德修养、领导力和沟通技巧。而贯穿这三个方面的中心思想即是个人诚实正直的人品。第一轮面试合格后，才会有第二轮面试的机会。第二轮面试一般有三位面试官，其中一位负责主要面试。相比上一轮面试，第二轮面试会详细得多，面试官会结合简历对应试者的英语水平、应变能力、解决问题的能力等进行综合测评。

建议

①对于一般同学，准备好一份英文的自我介绍作为开场，在回答问题时尽量避免使用

不熟悉的语言；

②回答每一个问题都要有逻辑性，这样既能使面试官尽快掌握重点，又能避免在回答

问题过程中被打断后偏离了主题；

③在提及自己的实习经验和曾担任某些职位时，关键在于要向面试官展示自己做过什

么、取得过怎样的成绩，而并不在于职位和头衔本身；

④多用事例和数据来支撑想要表达的意思，这样更有说服力，当然这些数据和事例必

须是真实的。第三轮面试主要由申请的部门决定了，形式与第二轮基本一致，只是内容上不尽相同。
