小学英语教师个人业务能力自我评价三个月的教师实习让我感触颇深，让我认识到了做教师的艰辛，让我想起自己之前读书的时候的行为是多么的幼稚不成熟，现在自己实习了才发现到教师的不容易。
三个月前，我在学校的安排下，到了小学实习，担任五年级xx班的实习英语教师。
这个班的老师是因为怀孕休假去了，我才能够接手的这个班。
这三个月的英语教师实习是真的让我挺劳累的，让我最大的感受就是当老师真的太不容易了，为我之前读书时的不听话不用心的行为感到尴尬。
做老师，就是要根据课本的内容，将这些知识讲授给学生，让学生学好这一门课，但是英语作为一门外语课，真的挺让学生头疼的，所以我带的这个五年级xx班，就是很多的学生比较厌烦英语学习。
作为学生时的我可能也会有这样的感受，但是我现在是教师的身份，而且我也是从学生走到这个职位上来的，自己也是经历过这些的，所以更加知道好好学习的重要性，知道学好英语是十分必要的，所以我就是要将自己体会讲给同学们听，让他们理解，更加用心地投入到学习中来。
教课了才发现这是一个比较难的事情，我们不能够直接将这个感受灌输给学生，而是要他们感同身受他们才更能够理解，所以这就要求我要掌握好这个度。
所以这三个月的英语教师工作当中，我不仅仅要教给他们英语知识，带领好他们学好英语课文，更加要调动他们学习英语的积极性。
现在想来，我给自己的评价是做的还不错，可能是我也是刚从学生的身份中脱离出来，更加能够理解他们。
所以这三个月我让班上学习英语的氛围好了一些。
再谈一谈自己的收获吧，作为一名师范生在学校的时候我们也是有专门实训模拟过教课，我暑假的时候也是有在外面的教育机构兼职过辅导老师，所以自诩为还算是有些经验，可是当我实习站上讲台看着台下几十名学生的时候，我还是难免有些紧张。
不是紧张几十个人盯着我，而是紧张这几十名学生的英语学习的责任都是落在了我的肩上，所以我害怕自己不能够担负起这个责任。

我根据学生们的意见和建议，通过网络查找相关资料信息，也反馈给他们一些具体的建议，比如，针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍；在听力和作文方面多下功夫；语法复习要系统；词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆，等等。
我相信，只要切实地努力了，学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。
其次，我要求学生，要敢于说。
大多数同学总是认为自己说得不好，而不肯开口，不肯开口又会导致水平无法提高，水平无法提高就会质疑自己的能力，质疑自己的能力则又会导致更不敢开口，同学一旦陷入到这样的怪圈就会无法自拔，从而彻底否定自己而导致听说水平无法提高。
所以，我尽量安排一个月至少4个学时进行口语练习，口头表演有一个人的演说或两人三人一组的对话，也要求在下面听的同学对在讲台上说的同学提问，这样一问一答的模式不仅锻炼了学生的听说能力，也活跃了课堂气氛，收益颇多。
在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。
它是一位教师良好行为的体现。
教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。
育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。
总之，英语学习，兴趣为先。
学生语言能力的高低在很大程度上受制于英语学习兴趣的程度。
很难想象失去了兴趣
还能怎样培养交际能力。
所以，作为英语教师，一方面要向学生传授语言知识并使他们掌握技能，另一方面更要重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣，获得事半功倍的效果。
