摘要
随着互联网与信息技术的迅猛发展,企业间的竞争日益加剧,人才竞争变的越来越激烈,许多企业对运用企业人力资源战略管理,整合内部人力资源,打造高效团队已经高度重视。拥有一个优秀团队是企业在行业竞争中脱颖而出的核心动力,比尔盖茨曾经说过:“即使失去现有的一切财产,只要留下这个团队,我能再造一个微软”。这充分说明了拥有优秀团队的重要性。
华为作为世界一流企业,华为的团队精神-中国式狼性团队精神,作为众多企业争先学习的标榜,华为在基于企业文化的团队建设中积累了丰富经验,以奋斗者为本,鼓励创新的、合作的、关心的、奉献的文化史华为实现高效创新的法宝;华为还注重使组织能够达到有效的沟通和交流以加速知识的周转和利益,加强内部培训,注重加强员工为了创新需要而具备的素质,并根据员工特点采取有效的办法,使员工长期和短期都受到高度激励。其实狼一种让人畏惧、讨厌的动物,极少有人愿意与狼相提并论。同时,人对狼又是不公平的,总让狼扮演故事中不光彩的角色,人渐渐从心中排斥狼,而狼的优点却被抹杀。然后华为却自诩为狼。
