1. 首字母缩略语（acronym）
这类缩略语多用大写字母，字母之间可用或不用缩 写号。
常见于组织名称、票据名称、作品名称、说明书和 价格术语等专有名词的缩写。例如：

Use abbreviated verb forms (He’s, We’re, He’d, etc.)5. Include a telephone number to the signature of the email. This willgive the recipient the chance to telephone if necessary.6. It is not necessary to include your email address as the recipientcan just reply to the email.7. When replying eliminate all the information that is not necessary.Only leave the sections of text that are related to your reply.
