Due to The influences of the world economic situation, the global mining development has been slowed down. mineral commodities‟ price has been reduced a lot since 2011,and the overseas investment also declined ,mining enterprises are entering a period of duration.

Chinalco planed to inject $19.5 billion to Rio to increase its stake which could be achieved 19%. Though the plan after many setbacks, eventually falied because of the Rio„s breach of contract . According to the agreement, the Rio paid $195 million on “breakup fee”
