摘要

自十一届三中全会以来，中国便由过去以内部资源配置为主要发展模式逐步转变为以进出口贸易为主的经济发展模式。而出口作为拉动国民经济增长的三驾马车之一，同时也作为一种重要需求因素，成为推动我国产业结构优化升级以及转变经济发展模式的主要力量之一。同时中国目前出口贸易结构发展水平低下且至今仍在采取粗放型的贸易增长方式，明显已不能适应市场经济未来的发展趋势。随着科技的发展和经济全球化进程的加速，中国出口贸易向集约型增长方式转变己成为必然。

本文先从中国出口贸易增长方式转变的基本概述以及其演进过程出发，阐述中国出口贸易增长方式转变的必要性。接着进一步从内部环境因素和外部环境因素分别分析中国出口贸易增长方式的转变所面临的机遇与困境。在此基础上，本文将引入国际贸易案例及国内经济案例系统展开研究，为所研究的对象即中国出口贸易增长方式转变所面临的机遇与困境提供实证基础。最后，根据主体的不同，从政府与企业两个角度为中国出口贸易增长方式的转变提供战略性建议。

The Opportunities and Difficulties for Transforming the Growth of China’s Export

Trade

ABSTRACT

Since the reform and opening policy was put forwarded and carried out in the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China has gradually changed the main economic development mode from inner resource allocation to import and export trade. Export, as one of the three troikas that stimulate economic growth, as well as an important demand factor, becomes one of the major driving forces which promote the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial structure and transform the economic development model. Nowadays, the reason China’s economy increasingly relies on foreign trade, although knowing the actual contribution degree of import and export trade to China’s economic growth is not high is that the developmental level of China’s export trade structure is low. China’s export trade is still following the extensive economic growth way. It is obvious that it cannot adapt to the future development trend of the market economy. With the development of science and the globalization of economy, transformation from the extensive growth way to the intensive growth way is an inevitable choice for China’s export trade.

Beginning with the basic concept of transformation of China’s export trade growth mode, the paper expounds the necessity of the transformation of China’s export trade growth mode in the light of traditional international trade theory. Then, the author further analyzes opportunities and difficulties in the transformation of China’s export trade from two aspects of internal environmental factors and external environmental factors. On that basis, international trade cases and domestic economic cases are also introduced to provide empirical foundations for study opportunities and difficulties in the transformation of China’s export trade in this paper. Finally, the author makes some strategic suggestions for the transformation of China’s export trade from the perspective of government and enterprises.
