说来实在惭愧,我教学英语这么十几年了,从没有想过自己的教学风格是什么,我觉得那是教育家才去想的问题。
回顾我从教十几年走过的路,从初出茅庐的稚嫩与清涩,经过了在教学中的探索与努力,到现在的成熟。
我沉下心来思考:我是一直在我的教学中尝试追求着一种“朴实平和,交流互动,方法灵活,平等和谐,富有激情”的风格。
一. 朴实平和:性格不太张扬的我,常常把上好每节课作为自己一天生活的最精彩呈现。
为此,我对自己的课堂不敢有丝毫的懈怠。
精心准备、潜心研究,理解并把握好教学的重难点,研究并设计好教学的细节,45分钟的课堂,师生不带有高度紧张的情绪,但却有逻辑严密的思维构筑,师生在朴实平和之中,感受教与学的快乐。
二. 交流互动:教学相长是恒古不变的真理。
我始终不把自己作为知识的权威,而是经常俯下身来,倾听学生的诉求。
我确信在教会学生的同时,我自己也不断进步。
为此,我精心设计基于现实生活的问题情境,并在问题探究中与学生一起交流、互动、合作。
