摘要

在企业竞争日益激烈的今天，信息化己成为企业必然的选择，论文对A公司ERP项目实施的研究，对国内相关企业具有参考和借鉴价值，对企业信息化的发展，也具有一定的现实意义，文中介绍了A公司ERP项目实施的背景以及信息化的战略构架，围绕A公司的ERP项目实施，本文详细探讨了ERP项目实施管理、ERP系统选型、ERP项目培训和知识分享以及ERP项目实施工作步骤等诸多方面的问题，本文研究重点主要是对具体的ERP实施企业的实施过程和关键成功因素进行分析，对实施ERP的时间、成本和成功要素进行解释，也包括了对ERP软件商选择和ERP软件包的实施，以及ERP实施计划安排、管理变革设计、业务流程再造，即功能的二次开发、ERP咨询服务与培训等内容。此外，本文还对A公司ERP系统实施的绩效在定量和定性两个方面作了深入总结。

本文通过对A公司成功实施ERP项目的介绍、分析和研究，旨在对即将实施ERP项目的公司以及专业于ERP实施的管理咨询人员提供一定的借鉴；与此同时，也希望通过本课题研究，对于企业管理信息化、项目管理科学化的研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive today, the information has become the inevitable choic e of enterprises, the development of enterprise information, but also have the rsalistic me aning the paper introduces a company ERP is the strategic framework project implementat ion, this article discussed in detail the implementation of project management of ERP syst emselection.ERP project training and knowledge sharing.Process reengineering and ERP project implementation steps and many other aspects of the problem of paper is mainly f ocused on the implementation of the implementation process and the success factors of e nterprises on the specific ERP analysis, on the implementation of ERP time. Explain cost and success factors,including the implementation of ERP software supplier selection a nd ERP software package, and the E implementation plan. Change management business process reengineering design,two times the development of ERP is the function.ERP co nsulting services training etc.in addition,the ERP system of a company to implement performance deeply summarized in two aspects of quantitative and qualitative.Based on the company successfully implemented ERP project introduction.Analysis and research, to provide a reference to the ERP project company and specialized in the implementat ion of ERP management consultants, at the same time, also hope that through this study, for the enterprise information management provides certain reference for scientific man agement of research projects.
