1.使用前将样品放在干燥的环境中,然后在距离样品1 cm 处进行测量;在风管内部放置一支长为2 cm左右的电,接上充电电源。

根据使用说明定期进行清洗,确保无杂质。

离子风机的类型与使用
静电中和设备的作用是消除静电,通过产生大量的正负离子,来降低器件,工作区域的工夹具和其他辅料所带的静电荷,从而营造一个较低的电场环境,降低静电放电的危险。

静电中和设备一般有以下几种类型:离子风扇,离子风棒和离子风枪等。

今天介绍的是离子风机,也称作离子风扇,主要作用是消除静电,具有出众的消除静电能力,能有效防止静电破坏,是电子生产线、维修台等使用较多的一种静电中和设备。

离子风机设计灵活,机身小巧轻便,适合任何桌面及生产线上使用。

在工业生产中,因为物品相互之间的摩擦、剥离、挤压、感应等,物体表面带有不同性质的电荷,需要使用离子风机来中和电荷,消除静电。

离子风机采用高压电放射正负离子,能有效提供稳定、均衡的正负离子数量,加速中和时间,能快速消除静电。

一般的离子风机可分为台式离子风机,卧式离子风机,悬挂式离子风机,微型离子风机等。

针对不同的名称,它的尺寸和使用环境也不一样,但是基本的功能和构造都是差不多的。

使用离子风机的时候,可以根据实际情况和自己的需求将离子风机的角度进行上下调节,同时需要注意以下几点:
1、使用前要检查是否有杂物阻挡离子风机进风口,如有要移走杂物;
2、使用时要调节风速旋钮至最大风量,为了能更直观地观察到离子风机的风量,可在出风口加布条,同时确保离子风机与所选离子中和区域保持一定的距离,出风口要向着离子中和区域;
3、使用后要关掉电源开关,用低棉绒布抹去离子风机隔尘网的灰尘,保持离子风机的清洁。
