伴随着我国市场经济的不断发展，近年来，企业管理者造假、欺骗员工、暗箱操作等事件屡被媒体报道。大部分企业中存在的问题——企业道德缺失，也随之暴露出来。企业道德是社会道德原则在企业中的具体体现，它使得企业更具有人格特性。企业道德规范了企业全体人员的行为，也推动了企业未来更好地发展。企业是以营利为目的的，但同时企业也是作为社会的一部分，因此企业在追逐利益的过程中，要注重自身与社会的和谐，即做好企业道德的建设。在这个强调和谐社会的时代，企业作为经济发展中的一份子，企业道德占据着举足轻重的地位。

2016年饿了么事件的发生，引发了人们对于企业道德问题的又一次关注。本文主要以饿了吗事件为例，分析企业道德缺失的原因及其解决措施。成因包括内部原因和外部原因，内部原因主要有企业一味追求利益，管理者的道德意识薄弱，管理制度不够严格；外部原因主要有外部监督不力和行业之间的恶性竞争这两方面的原因。因此针对这些问题制定了一系列的应对措施，主要有以下几个方面：企业要从自身出发，树立正确的发展观，加强自身的道德文化建设和内部管理制度，社会要加强对企业道德的监督，政府加强法制法规的建设。从这些方面入手，可以大量减少企业道德缺失的现象发生，赢得社会公众的认可。

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's market economy, in recent years, the enterprise managers fraud, deception employees, black box operations and other events have been reported by the media. Most of the problems in the enterprise - the lack of corporate ethics, also exposed. Enterprise morality is the concrete embodiment of the social moral principle in the enterprise. Corporate ethics of the behavior of all staff, but also to promote the future development of enterprises. Enterprise is for the purpose of profit, but at the same time the enterprise is also a part of the society, so the enterprise in the pursuit of interests in the process, we should pay attention to their own and social harmony, that is to do a good job in the construction of enterprise ethics. In this era of emphasis on a harmonious society, the enterprise as a part of economic development, corporate ethics occupies a pivotal position.

In 2016, the occurrence of the event of hunger, causing people to pay attention to the issue of corporate ethics. In this paper, the case of hungry for example, analysis of the reasons for the lack of corporate ethics and solutions. The causes include the internal causes and external causes of the internal reasons of enterprises blindly pursue interests, managers moral consciousness is weak, the management system is not strict; the external reasons of vicious competition between external supervision and industry of these two reasons. Therefore, to develop a series of measures to solve these problems, mainly in the following aspects: the enterprises should start from their own, to establish a correct concept of development, strengthen the construction of moral culture and internal management system, society should strengthen the supervision of business ethics, strengthen the construction of legal system of the government. From these aspects, we can greatly reduce the phenomenon of moral hazard, and win the recognition of the public.
