邀请函
邀请一般可分为正式邀请和非正式邀请。

正式邀请一般大型活动，如：邀请参加学术会议，访问考察, 讲学，婚礼等。

非正式邀请用于朋友之间:邀请参加聚会，共度假期，看电影以及来家小聚等。

邀请信一般应于事前一两周发出，详细说明邀请目的，活动时间和地点。

应用文多用三段式：首段（开门见山，写作目的），主体（细节内容;尾端（祝福，希望，希望）
开门见山，表明写作目的：
1.I’m writing to invite you to ......
2.I wonder if you can come....
3.It is with the greatest pleasure that i sincerely write to invite you to ......
4.I think it would be a great idea if you could participate in.......
5.I feel it a great honor on behalf of our school Students’ Union to invite you to participate in our school’s 50th anniversary.
6.We would be very grateful if you could spare some time to share the occasion with us.
7.Would you give the pleasure of dinning with us at the Beijing Hotel at eight o’clock on Sunday, October 10th ?
主体：具体邀请对方参加活动的信息；时间；地点；过程。

A.The contest whose theme is .... will held from...to...in ......
B.A New Year Party is due to be held on February 6 th, 2018.
B.What’s more, there will be ....taking part in it .....
C.Besides this, there will be many other famous artworks the exhibition.....
D.As scheduled, the performance is due to start at 8 pm and end at 10pm.
结尾：表达希望被邀请者应邀而来的心情。

总之，要与英语学习相关,其他帮助算作离题。

最好还要有归纳性语言体现英语学习方面的收获。
