首先你们的态度不太好,既然是展会上的客户,合作的可能性也比较大,如果客户要求寄一些样品且你们公司的产品金额不是很大,可以考虑多寄一点不同款式,运费可以让客户支付。
还有你回复邮件的态度不是很好,没有及时回复,导致给客户的第一印象也不太好,客户就会对你失去信任,随之失去合作的可能性。
你现在尽量赶紧想办法挽救一下,兴许有回转的余地。
首先诚恳的向客户致歉,语气诚恳委婉。
