Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent H9000 can be applied by padding, dipping and coating.

The doses of the idiographic dosages are depending on variety of fabric and purpose. It usually anti-bacteria finish with softener. Please do some sample test first if it finish with another agent.

(1)Padding process ：

Usage: Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent H9000-A 20-40g/l

Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent H9000-B 20-40g/l

Mixing：

First put soft water into a clean barrel, add H9000-A at stirring condition, then add H9000-B, continue to stirring. Please use quickly.

(2)Padding process：

Fabric Bleaching and dyeing Drying Padding (Temperature 20-40℃, Expression 60-90%) Drying(100-120°C) Curing(190-195℃,30s)

Packaging and storage:

25kg, 120kg in a barrel. Keep in cool warehouse above 0℃, and storage life for one year
