The MIB 503 module is a complete solution, with the separation system and the collection tank built on a common skid, ready for plug-and-play installation.
MIB 503 is a flexible solution that can be delivered as a single separator, a separator with system components, or as a complete module. The design is extremely compact and lightweight, making it suitable to fit any engine room.
Benefits • Easy to install and start up – the system consists of a few

第一章概述一、用途JCQ—503A型静力载荷测试仪是专为土木工程质量检测部门研制的一种智能化多功能仪器。

它配合应变式力传感器或压力传感器、容栅式位移传感器、油泵流量控制器或油泵开关控制器、高压油泵、千斤顶等设备,可进行桩基及其它地基基础的静力载荷测试。

也可进行土木工程中的混凝土构件的结构性能及砌体轴压、抗剪等方面的测试。

二、特点本仪器具有一个荷载测试通道和四个位移测试通道,可直接显示各测试通道的荷载值kN、沉降值mm,而不需人工换算。

荷载通道可以配用小至数十公斤,大至数百吨的各种量程测力传感器和无吨位限制的压力传感器。

荷载通道允许测力传感器并联使用。

可以进行从楼板、碎石桩、天然地基直至数千吨大桩的静力载荷试验。

本仪器有两路各自独立的油泵控制输出,可以对试桩的加载、补载自动控制。

其一为开关量输出,用我所提供的油泵开关控制器直接控制高压油泵,适用于要求不太高的荷载试验。

其二为D/A输出,用来控制我所提供的油泵流量控制器。

该控制器的机芯采用的是进口变频器,可以自动调节高压油泵流量,能同时满足小吨位复合地基试验及大吨位桩基测试多台千斤顶并联工作时对流量精细调节的要求。

仪器与传感器、油泵间采用电缆连接,测试人员可远距离操作,既提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度,又大大提高了测试精度。

本仪器荷载通道使用的测力传感器,除具有灵敏度高,线性好、分辨率高、长期稳定性好的优点外,还具有优良的抗偏载和抗侧向力性能,可有效避免反力及加载装置倾斜对测试精度的影响。

沉降测试通道使用本所研制的容栅式位移传感器,其具有的高精度、大量程、无时漂、温漂等优点,完全满足了野外昼夜连续观测对时漂、温漂的严格要求。

仪器可工作于两种不同的工作方式——独立工作方式或联机工作方式独立工作方式工作时仪器内部带有的不断电时钟及大容量非易失数据存储器可对测试数据实现真正的无纸化记录。

仪器内部带有六种不同试验规范所对应的判稳标准(用于自动判稳),一种人工判稳标准(用于特殊场合下人工判稳)、两种快速加载方式(不判稳直接加下一级荷载)。

IntroductionIn marine and diesel industry, customers struggle with low-quality fuels that have high content in particles and water. Operating on such fuels reduces the efficiency and the lifetime of the engine while increases the risk of repair costs.The MIB 503 Module is a complete separation solution from Alfa Laval that improves the reliability of the oil system and protects the main engine from serious wear and damages. Application•Marine gas oil•Marine diesel oil•Lubricating oilBenefits•Easy to install and start up•Easy to operate•Easy to maintain•High separation efficiency•Robust and reliable design•Low operating costs•Small footprintDesignThe module is available in a gas oil, diesel oil and a lube oil configuration.The gas oil configuration consists of the separator, the control cabinet, the pump, the flexible hoses and the alarm sensors. All of the components are mounted in an optimally designed frame that can fit even the smallest engine rooms.The MIB 503 separator consists of a solids-retaining bowl which can operate both as a purifier and a clarifier. Its unique drive technology is based on an electric motor mounted directly to the bowl, controlled by a frequency converter located in the control cabinet.The pump installed on the module is a positive displacement pump with constant flow and is connected to the separator through flexible hoses.To secure the correct operation of the separator, a pressure sensor and a level sensor are installed on the module. All functions and alarms are being handled from the control cabinet which has been designed for simplicity and ease of use.Distillate fuel may require heating in winter conditions, therefore configurations with heater are available.In lube oil configuration, the oil must reach the right temperature before the separation process starts. To accomplish that, a heater, a three way valve and a temperature sensor are included in the module.Scope of supply•MIB 503 Separator•Pump•Flexible hoses•Control cabinet•Sensors•Frame with collecting tankOptions•Heater•Three way valve•Wheel set•Drip tray•Emergency stop box•Trolley (only for gas oil)Working principleIn gas oil configuration, the fuel oil is being transferred directly from the pump to the separator. In configuration with heater, a heater and a three way valve are installed between the pump and the separator. The three way valve is being used to run the oil on recirculation until the correct separation temperature is reached.The separator starts up. When the separator reaches full speed, water is added to establish the appropriate water seal (applicable only for purifier setup). Subsequently, the pump starts up and oil is fed to the separator.The separation process takes place within the bowl. Due to the centrifugal forces, oil, water and particles are being separated based on their specific gravity. The heavy phases, water and particles, are moving to the periphery of the bowl while the light phase, oil, is moving towards the center of the bowl.Water is being drained continuously to the collecting tank of the module. The separated particles need to be cleaned periodically by hand. The clean oil is being pumped by a paring disc out of the separator and from there to the daily service fuel tank or the lube oil sump.A pressure sensor is installed in the oil outlet after the separator. The pressure sensor triggers an alarm during separation if the water seal interface is lost.A level sensor is installed on the collecting tank of the module. The level sensor triggers an alarm if the separator overflows.In configuration with heater, a temperature sensor is installed before the separator. The sensor triggers an alarm when temperature drops below setpoint.All the sensors are connected to the pump which will stop automatically if there is an alarm. These units employ a solid state circuit using Silicon Avalanche Diodes, and can handle repeated surges up to 1500 Watts. The Model 503P connects directly between the DB-25 parallel port of a PC or workstation and the parallel printer cable. The Model 503PC connects to the parallel printer cable, and then plugs directly into the 36-pin Centronics®printer port. Both units divert surge energy to chassis ground through the metal connector shell. For complete protection of your parallel line, we recommend that a Model 503P and 503PC be used together, one at each end of the line.Warning:These products will not provide complete protection should your equipment be subject to a direct lightning hit.2.2SURGE PROTECTION BENEFITSThe method of surge protection used in the 503P and 503PC adds four benefits to your syste.1. In this case every single module must be powered with 24 VDC.Connecting to power supplyDo not connect the module directly to mains! Do not short circuit terminals! Both can destroy the module! Observe 24 ± 2 VDC power supply tolerance!There are two options connecting the 24 VDC power supply: via bus plug to the communication bus or directly to the relevant Statox 503 Control Module terminal. In both cases all subsequent modules are automatically connected to the power supply via bus. The terminals are rated to accept a max. diameter of 2,5 mm 2.After connection to power, the green LED is on. Correct false inputs with the R key.General time-out: if no button is pushed within 30 seconds, the module returns to measuring mode.Selecting the measuring programPrior to connecting a sensor head the first step is always to select the appropriate program. Thismust be done before the sensor head is connected, otherwise the sensor can be damaged! If a new program is selected, the default alarm settings and relay configurations according to the program listing are valid and the calibration data for the sensor heads for combustible gases, type HRC, ARE, LCIR, MCIR, CO 2 and PID will be lost. A new calibration is necessary (the display shows CALIB. REQUIRED).!Figure 5: Main menu structureIn this menu the appropriate measuring program can be selected. The program defines the target gas, the measuring range, the concentration window for span gas and the ex - works settings of the relays. See an overview of all available programs in the program listing enclosed with each module.Starting with menu SEL PROG the time-out is not active. The Statox 505/506 sensor heads can alternatively be operated in 3 wire mode. This way you can differentiate between service mode (2 mA) and system failure (0 mA). The standard application of sensor heads running in voltage mode is 3 wire mode. Starting with 750 m length of cable, Compur recommends to generally operate in the 5 wire mode. The two additional “sense” lines measure the sensor supply voltage and compensate for voltage drops due to long cable or extreme temperatures.The sensor head Statox 501 Infratox/ Infratox HS for combustible gases and CO 2 requires 3 or 4 wires (2 ground wires) for proper operation. 9 10 11 12 21 22 23 24The sensor heads Statox 501/S and Statox 505/506must be operated in connection with an intrinsically safe repeater if they are installed in classified area, zone 1 or zone 2. Detailed information regarding the operation with an intrinsically safe repeater can be found in the manuals of the corresponding sensor heads. Connect the shield of the sensor head cable to the grounding bar. 第一章概述一、用途JCQ—503A型静力载荷测试仪是专为土木工程质量检测部门研制的一种智能化多功能仪器。

它配合应变式力传感器或压力传感器、容栅式位移传感器、油泵流量控制器或油泵开关控制器、高压油泵、千斤顶等设备,可进行桩基及其它地基基础的静力载荷测试。

也可进行土木工程中的混凝土构件的结构性能及砌体轴压、抗剪等方面的测试。

二、特点本仪器具有一个荷载测试通道和四个位移测试通道,可直接显示各测试通道的荷载值kN、沉降值mm,而不需人工换算。

荷载通道可以配用小至数十公斤,大至数百吨的各种量程测力传感器和无吨位限制的压力传感器。

荷载通道允许测力传感器并联使用。

可以进行从楼板、碎石桩、天然地基直至数千吨大桩的静力载荷试验。

本仪器有两路各自独立的油泵控制输出,可以对试桩的加载、补载自动控制。

其一为开关量输出,用我所提供的油泵开关控制器直接控制高压油泵,适用于要求不太高的荷载试验。

其二为D/A输出,用来控制我所提供的油泵流量控制器。

该控制器的机芯采用的是进口变频器,可以自动调节高压油泵流量,能同时满足小吨位复合地基试验及大吨位桩基测试多台千斤顶并联工作时对流量精细调节的要求。

仪器与传感器、油泵间采用电缆连接,测试人员可远距离操作,既提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度,又大大提高了测试精度。

本仪器荷载通道使用的测力传感器,除具有灵敏度高,线性好、分辨率高、长期稳定性好的优点外,还具有优良的抗偏载和抗侧向力性能,可有效避免反力及加载装置倾斜对测试精度的影响。

沉降测试通道使用本所研制的容栅式位移传感器,其具有的高精度、大量程、无时漂、温漂等优点,完全满足了野外昼夜连续观测对时漂、温漂的严格要求。

仪器可工作于两种不同的工作方式——独立工作方式或联机工作方式独立工作方式工作时仪器内部带有的不断电时钟及大容量非易失数据存储器可对测试数据实现真正的无纸化记录。

仪器内部带有六种不同试验规范所对应的判稳标准(用于自动判稳),一种人工判稳标准(用于特殊场合下人工判稳)、两种快速加载方式(不判稳直接加下一级荷载)。

(2)、基本功能是否正常.注:随机文件: a. 控制单元使用说明书一份. b. 合格证一份.4.3 存放产品应存放在室内清洁、干燥通风处,存放时应小心,谨防损坏.4.4 安全信息本产品为弱电设备,但在现场安装、维护时,附近有危险电压!本设备不能替代可见断开点,工作时应遵循所在当地批准的安全规程;否则,将因触高压导致严重人身伤亡.本手册并不能概括设备的安装、运行、维护等等的所有细节,如有问题请与我公司联系.4.5安装步骤产品应安装在易操作的地方,根据开关的位置的不同,可安装在柱上的不同位置.安装步骤:(1)首先固定好控制单元. (2)将外部接线接好.注:本手册仅供参考,如有更改,恕不另行通知。

● CDA503电源单元采用恒流.恒压.涓流三段式充电模式充电,充电完成后自动转换成涓流式充电方式. ● CDA503电源单元4小时内对两节10安时12V 串联的电池完成充电.● CDA503电源单元根据环境温度范围内变化时调整充电电压,以保护电池,延长电池的使用寿命. ● 放电终止电压为22V ,一旦电池过放电则强行关断电池供电.● CDA503电源单元的工作电源: 交流电源工作范围:AC220V ±20% 直流电源工作范围:DC180V~~290V ● 功率: 恒流充电时 不大于50W 恒压、涓流时 不大于10W ● 提供一组低气压常开触点输出,触点容量为DC24V ,1.5A.●面板上配有LED 充电指示以及10A 保险丝,电池测压孔,蓄电池开关各一组.备注:电源单元有带低压和不带低气压的两种,选型时请说明. 2、面板示意图3、接线定义另:电源单元(不带低气压)接线图:其中最左侧1-5改为:电源输出正,6-10改为电源输出负;其他同上。
