预防维修制是通过周期性的检查、分析来制定维修计划的管理方法,已经被世界各国所接受和采用。其优点是可以减少非计划的故障停机损失,减少因故障引起的批量质量损失,减少安全事故,避免潜在故障在发展为功能故障过程中产生的多米诺骨牌式连锁损坏,因而可以降低维修换件费用。预防维修可以使设备检修从技术和备件上更有准备,从而大大减少设备停机待修和检修时间。由于受设备检查手段和检查人员经验的制约,预防维修计划仍可能不准确,仍会造成维修的过剩冗余或不足。
1.4企业设备管理的职能
工业企业生产的主要手段之一就是它的设备。生产过程有赖于具有技能的人员利用机械设备将原材料转化为市场需要的产品。因此设备是生产经营的要素。尤其是在现代化的生产中,设备日趋复杂化、大型化、自动化、连续化、柔性化、智能化,使得设备成为企业资产的主要成分。如何使企业设备正常运转,降低机械故障,减少事故停车,合理维修等,已成为企业提高生产效率、控制成本、加强市场竞争力的重要课题。
全系统的概念是由时间维、空间维、资源维和功能维构成的四维空间。时间维代表设备的一生,从规划到报废全过程;空间维代表从车间设备到零件的整个空间,由外到内,由表及里,包含整个生产现场;资源维代表全部的资源要素,由资金到信息,代表系统的物理场;功能维代表全部的管理功能,是PDCA循环的拓展,从认识到反馈,代表一个完整、科学的管理过程。其四维的系统如图1—1所示。
1)一生管理就是要对设备的功能运动、物质运动与价值运动的全过程进行全系统、全效率、全员的“三全”管理。这是英国综合工程学的基本要求。
2)两个目标就是既要提高设备的综合效率或系统效率,又要降低设备的寿命周期费用。这也是综合工程学的先进思路。
3)三条基本方针就是坚持依靠技术进步的方针,贯彻预防为主的方针,执行促进生产发展的方针。这是我们自己的先进经验和要求。

现代Himsen主机发展历程现代重工1990年进入中速机生产制造领域,到2000年已经生产了2300台(300万kW)中速机。

为减少对专利商的依赖,打造自主品现代重工是全球最大造船集团,也是最大的船舶配套企业之一。

公司自1972年成立以来,随着造船业务的发展壮大,逐步围绕造船产业,开拓了船用中低速柴油机制造业务、船用电器设备等相现代重工Himsen的成功经验或对中国船舶配套业培育具有国际竞争力的自主品牌带来一定的价值启示。

中国船舶工业经济与市场研究中心 付玉辉 申 程 翁雨波观察 Observation现代重工Himsen 自主品牌发展经验及启示而在船用中速辅机市场,现代重工Himsen以功率计市场占有率第一,达到26%,MAN、大发、洋马市场占有率位居第二、第三、第四位,四家合计市场占有率达到80%以上。

根据现代重工的统计,截至2019年5月,Himsen总产量达到11819台,累计交付船舶辅机9265台套,占78.4%;累计交付陆用电站发电机组1995台套,占16.9%;累计交付船舶主机559台,占4.7%。

现代重工主要在国内生产Himsen中速机,但也正谋划进军海外。

2017年4月,现代重工、沙特阿美以及沙特工业发展公司签署合资协议,将在沙特阿拉伯生产MAN二冲程船用发动机和Himsen 四冲程发动机。

现代重工向公司授牌中速柴油机,现代重工在MAN 中速机的基础上,于2000年推出Himsen自主知识产权品牌中速机H21/32,此后不断对产品谱系进行完善。

2002年,现代重工H25/33获得型式认证,2006年,H32/40获得型式认证,2007年开发气体机H17/24G,2008年,开发了高功率版本16H32/40V产品。

现代重工有载分接开关简介现代重工有载开关由现代重工(保加利亚)公司生产。

该公司成立于1949年,位于保加利亚的首都索非亚。

1991年,该公司被韩国现代集团全资收购并更名为现代重工,是一个具有近60年生产历史的、从事有载开关生产的专业厂家,其生产的有载开关,从产品的结构到所体现出的性能和使用寿命,得到了全世界诸多国家的肯定,1994年,被授予国际电工有载分接开关金星质量奖,目前的市场份额和生产规模,仅次于德国MR而排在第二位。

目前,全球配套过750KV变压器的有载开关,只有德国MR和现代;能够生产35级以上调压级数开关的成熟企业,也只有德国MR和现代,在中国运行的现代多级开关,最高调压级数达到了107级。

国内常用的德国MR开关,一般要配套在线滤油装置,检修周期是5年;而现代开关,不配在线滤油装置,检修周期也是5年。

MR资料显示,电气寿命不低于20万次,机械寿命不低于80万次;而现代开关的资料显示,电气寿命不低于50万次,机械寿命不低于100万次。

现代开关,曾被我国(西安)的有载开关检测中心的专业人士评价为“结构最合理”,合理的结构决定了该开关优质的性能。

在国内,配套500KV变压器的现代开关从1990年就安装在湖北省超高压局玉贤变电站,安全运行至今已达到了17年。

山东省内,最早的投运记录也早在1991年,变压器为保变生产,安全运行至今已达16年,据反映,触头烧结情况,比同等运行条件的其他进口开关要轻。

这反映了现代开关良好的实用性。

在多级开关领域,我们所知的国内最早的运行记录,变压器于1987年在重庆铝厂投运,调压级数79级,年调压次数2万多次,安全运行至今已达21年,已达到变压器的设计寿命。

在开关制造难度更大、调压如此频繁的多级开关领域,能够经受住考验,也说明了该企业强大的技术和生产能力。

截止目前,据我公司不完全记录,在国内已经有500余台现代开关运行,并多次与沈变、保变、西变、新疆特变、江变、柳变、常州变、江苏中电、山东电力设备厂、山东鲁能泰山电力设备厂、山东泰开变压器厂、山东达驰变压器厂等配套使用。
