•When it comes to the question whether to work in a large company or in a small firm, different people may have different answers. Some may choose to work in a big company. They hold that they can derive a sense of pride from being a member of a famous organization such as China Mobile.

By contrast, others may prefer to work in a small firm. They argue that in a small company, they can easily get the manager’s attention and may have more opportunities to demonstrate their talents fully and freely to become successful.

•Weighing up these two choices, I’m for the later. I prefer to work in a small firm, where I can get more chances of promotion. I’d rather become an important figure in a small pond.
