一英语后进生产生的原因1.英语后进生对学习的态度这类学生没有远大的理想,很少去想日后的生活。

他们中有很多是因为家长要他们读书,其实他们自己读书的兴趣全无,没有危机感和忧患意识。

他们对学习成绩的好坏反应麻木,平时上课精力不集中,对老师的提问无言以答或答非所问弄得全班哄堂大笑;英语作业敷衍了事,甚至不能完成。

他们从不思考怎样学习,课前不预习,课后不复习,上课不记笔记,对老师所提的要求不放在心上。

特别是在英语考试时,他们只乱涂做一些选择题,而后面的非选择题和作文部分则一笔不动。

他们也不注意知识整理和笔记积累,不会总结和反思自己的学习,不关注课外消息的收集。

2.英语后进生对学习的心理这类学生从未品尝到学习的快乐,他们对学习产生厌恶,经常找借口请假离开教室。

他们有时也想学好,但英语这门课并非努力几日便能马上见到效果的,如果经过一番刻苦仍未达到自己的期望,便妄自菲薄,破罐子破摔。

3.教师对英语后进生的错误分析(1)教师对英语后进生的错误认识方面教师会觉得后进生以前英语没有学好的主要原因肯定是上课听讲不认真和作业敷衍了事,否则上学期的英语那么简单,怎么会不及格?在课堂听讲上,如若有思想开小差的学生,要时刻提醒他们。

笔者认为这些分析固然有一定的道理,但治标不治本,因为我们忽视了英语后进生学习不好的背后原因。

(2)教师对英语后进生的错误教育方面英语后进生在学习上是有一定困难的,如果教师仍然用填鸭式教学,依靠拖堂加课进行灌输,学生机械记忆多,整理归纳少;记忆结论多,思考过程少;知识背得多,能力培养少;被动做题多,独立思考少,陷入时间加汗水,题海战术的泥潭而无法自拔。

以至于让英语后进生自始至终都无法明白读书的目的和从读书中获取的乐趣。

二教好英语后进生的策略和方法1.加强思想教育培养自信意识对于学生来讲,教师给予他们的信任度越高,其学习的积极性越高,自信心越强。

英语老师在与学生交谈时,要尽可能多讲“老师觉得你这段时间在单词记忆和作业完成方面做的有进步”、“老师相信你只要这样努力下去,成功一定属于你”等这样鼓励的话语,即使批评也要用“老师相信你能改变”等话语。

我曾教过这样一个学生,是人们认识上的典型差生,聪明好动,调皮,自我约束能力差,成绩更差。

有一次,我在课堂上讲现在进行时,他可能因听懂了一些内容而表现活跃,主动回答我的问题,虽然其答案漏洞百出,但主题思路是正确的。

阶段性成果:1、阅读相关论文及专著,查找相关资料,认真阅读,适时摘录,做了一定数量的读书笔记和相关心得体会,对多媒体课堂教学、英语教学技能、课程标准、授课模式、国内外教学现状等方面,进行了探究和比对,明确了研究问题的内涵、方向,理清了研究思路和方式。
