Structure made of reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure to assume the role of vertical load. Meet the hotel style apartment space and strong lateral displacement stiffness, all using cast-in-place reinforced concrete, selection of ceramsite concrete retaining wall. According to the basis of buried deep demand and soil pile foundation is selected for the, single pile bearing capacity for 788.6KN, pile length 12m.
The building is a rectangular shape, one, two, three, 67.4 meters long, 19 meters wide, 1280.6 square meters per layer; the standard length of 64.4 meters, 19 meters wide, 1223.6 square meters per layer; the building a total of 10 floors.Reinforced concrete frame-shearwallis selected to bear vertical load and level load.The building bases on theBoxfoundation.

本设计题目为黑龙江神哈尔滨市高层酒店式公寓,该建筑总平面形状为长方形,一,二,三层长67.4米,宽19米,每层1280.6 ;标准层长为64.4米,宽为19米,每层1223.6 ;该建筑共10层,总建筑面积为12236 。
The first part is the architectural design. The building's first floor is lobby, two-story dining balcony area, three layer as a meeting area, four to ten layers for the accommodation rest area. The design is in the middle of the corridor evacuation zone, on both sides of the layout of the room. The design of this building is stair two and three lifts, meet the traffic evacuation is required.
第二部分为主体结构设计。内力计算中,分别用手算和用PKPM软件计算立体框架。PMCAD建模后用Setwe电算内力,结果合理采用框剪剪力墙刚接体系进行手算,内力结果合理,利用手算结果对梁,柱,剪力墙进行配筋计算。
第三部分为基础设计。考虑到哈尔滨的冻土深度和高层的基础埋深,此设计选用了桩基础。

建筑选用钢筋混凝土材料,结构形式选用框架剪力墙结构。满足酒店式公寓的大空间和较强的抗侧移刚度,全部采用钢筋混凝土现浇,围护墙选用陶粒混凝土。根据基础埋深需求和土壤条件选用桩基础,单桩承载力为788.6KN,桩长12m。
第一部分为建筑设计。该建筑的首层是大堂,二层为餐饮包厢区,三层为会议区,四层到十层为住宿休息区。该设计中间为走廊疏散区,两边布置房间。此建筑设计有楼梯两部,电梯三部,满足交通疏散要求。
