3. Tensioning Device
Tensioning device adopts leading screw in order to adjust the degree
of tightness of two slat drag chains.

The BFW Series Slat Conveyor at paper making industry is mostly along level or incline (angle:≤30°)to feed waste paper which is in the shape of scatter or bundle or mass and admixture, pulp bale and other materials. It can conveyor materials from ground to pulp kneader continuously and uniformly.
The design configuration of this machine is in reason. It adopted plate link chain to drive, bring along socket plate to feed materials. It is provided with excellences that conveying capacity is big, power consumption is small, abrasion is little and work is credibility etc. Having been used at scores of paper mill in our Country, its effectiveness is very ideal. At present it is optimal special-purpose equipment in the conveying machinery of waste paper at paper making industry. 二、基本结构：
板链式输送机由头部驱动装置、尾轮装置、拉紧装置、链板装置及机架等 部分组成。
1、头部驱动装置 头部驱动装置是板链式输送机的动力及传动部分，它由电动机、减速器、传 动装置及主动链轮装置等组成。板链式输送机的主动链轮装置采用二只齿数为 6 的链轮带动二条片式牵引链，槽板沿导轨运动。 Ⅱ. Basic Structure: Slat Conveyor is mostly made up of head drive assembly, tail wheel assembly, tensioning device, chain plate assembly and frame parts etc. 1. Head Drive Assembly Head drive assembly is drive part. It is composed of motor, gear reducer, drive assembly and head assembly etc.Head assembly adopts two chain wheels, which have six sprocket teeth. The chain wheel draws two slat drag chains in order to drive socket plate along guide rail. 2、尾轮装置 尾轮装置是板链式输送机链板的改向部分，它由尾轮轴、二只尾轮、轴承等 组成。 2. Tail Wheel Assembly Tail wheel assembly is change direction part. It is composed of tail axle, two tail wheels and bearings etc. 3、拉紧装置 拉紧装置采用结构简单，尺寸紧凑的螺旋拉紧装置，用来调节牵引链条的 松紧程度。

五、安装调试技术要求及说明： 1、 安装前的准备：

(1)、安装单位根据制造厂提供的产品安装图纸、使用说明书，熟悉产品性 能、结构和使用安装的要求。
(2)、安装单位根据产品安装图纸和装箱清单逐一开箱检查板链式输送机所 属零部件是否齐全。
(3)、板链式输送机安装前，对各零部件必须经过仔细清洗、去污和涂油工 作，并检查零部件有无碰伤和损坏。

一、用途： BFW 型板链式输送机在造纸行业，主要用于沿水平或倾斜（≤30°）输送散
状、捆状、块状、混合状废纸或桨包及其他物料。在造纸行业中，用于废纸从地 面到碎浆机的输送，起到连续均匀喂料作用。
该机设计结构合理，采用板链传动，带动槽板运动而输送物料，具有输送能 力大，动力消耗小，磨损少，工作可靠等优点，经全国几十家造纸厂使用，效果 甚为理想，是目前造纸行业中废纸输送机械的最理想的专用设备。 Ⅰ. Purpose:
中间有四条供滚轮行走的轨道，轨道采用轻轨制成。
