中国江苏国际经济技术合作集团有限公司（简称“中江国际”）是1980年12月经国务院批准成立的大型外经贸企业。

中江国际具有商务部授予的以下权利：
对外承包工程和劳务合作经营权、

国家住房和城乡建设部颁发的房屋建筑工程施工总承包特级资质、市政公用工程总承包一级资质和

1.Profile of CJI
China Jiangsu International Economic Technical Cooperation Corporation (CJI) was founded with the approval of the State Council of the PRC in December 1980. CJI was established as a state owned international conglomerate working in the fields of foreign trade and economic cooperation.
The government has granted CJI with the following rights, certificates and licenses:
A. Right to contract international engineering projects and provide labor services.
B. Import and export license.
C. Class A certification from the Ministry of Commerce which enables CJI to execute the projects of complete plant including materials, which are aided by the Chinese government to foreign countries.
D. 1st class certification approved by the Ministry of Construction which allows CJI to act as a main contractor to undertake the construction and decoration of various types of buildings.
CJI has achieved four professional 1st class qualifications for:
·decoration projects;
·the installation of mechanical and electronic equipment;
·steel structure projects;
·the building of intelligent systems
·foundation projects & curtain wall
CJI has achieved 2nd class qualifications which allow it to work as a main contractor for public projects and professional contracting for fire protection facilities.
CJI has achieved four 1st class certificates which allow it to act as:
1. A tendering agent for projects invested by the national central government;
2. An international tendering agent for the purchase of mechanical and electrical products for the Chinese government;
3. A tendering agent for national central government procurement;
4. A tendering agent for engineering contract projects.
CJI has successfully passed the Trinity Management System re-certification each year, a process which includes the following certificates:

30年来，共承接承包劳务项目2000多个，合同额60多亿美元，外派劳务10万余人次，劳务收入100多亿元，带动机电设备材料及一般出口贸易总额40多亿美元，带动国内数百家企业走向国际市场。

对外工程承包名列全国省级国际公司首位，对外劳务合作居全国领先地位，对外贸易进入全国出口额最大200家和进出口额最大500家企业行列。

江苏省政府为促进省属工程建设类企业优化资源配置，实现优势互补，加快做大做强，2008年将中江国际与江苏省建设集团公司、江苏省设备成套公司合并重组，2009年将中江国际与江苏建达工程股份有限公司合并重组。

中江国际连续19年被美国《工程新闻记录》评为“全球最大的225家承包商”之一，近年先后被评为
全国“对外承包工程和劳务合作”双优奖企业、

2.发展历程
1980年12月，经国务院批准成立中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司。

1983年3月，首次承接国际承包工程——索马里牧地局发展项目;设立首个海外办事处-索马里办事处。

1988年8月，经外经贸部批准授权中江国际开展进出口贸易业务。

1993年11月，被国务院发展研究中心和外经贸部评为“中国500家最大服务业先进企业”。

1995年5月，首次被美国《工程新闻记录》评为年度全球225强国际承包商，排名第159位。

1998年9月，经江苏省政府批准成立中江国际集团。

1999年11月，通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证。

Over the past 30 years, CJI has undertaken more than 2000 projects for contracting and labor services, surpassing a value of more than 6 billion US dollars. CJI has sent more than 100,000 personnel abroad, simultaneously leading several hundred national enterprises to enter the international market. Up to now CJI has exported general commodities, mechanical and electrical equipment and materials exports, exceeding a total volume of 3 billion US dollars.
CJI currently occupies the top position among all international companies at the provincial level that are involved in overseas engineering contracting and is in a leading position at the national level for international labor services. In the international trade sector, CJI is in the top 200 national companies for export volume and in the top 500 national companies for import and export volume. In order to encourage provincial engineering contracting, optimize resource allocation and achieve complementary advantage and accelerate larger and stronger processes, the Jiangsu Provincial government merged and restructured CJI with China Jiangsu Construction Group Corporation and Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co. Ltd in 2008 and with Jiangsu JianDa Construction Company, Incorporated in 2009 respectively.
CJI has been accredited by the American Engineering News Record (ENR) as one of the largest 225 international contractors in the world for the last 16 years consecutively.
In recent years, CJI has been officially recognized as:
· A National Double Excellence Enterprise for international contracting and labor services.
· A top 10 Chinese excellent enterprise in the field of labor services.
· A top 500 Chinese service industry company.
· A famous brand in Jiangsu.
· A national company for contract adherence.
· A triple-A class Credit enterprise in international contracting and labor service cooperation.
·Chairman of CJI was elected among Top 10 Persons of Year 2006 in international contracting.
2.Chronologic Events
a. In December 1980, China Jiangsu International Economic-Technical Cooperation Corporation was founded with the State Council’s approval.
b. 1n March 1983, the Corporation undertook its first contracted overseas project, the Development Project of Animal Husbandry Bureau in Somalia, where the Corporation. set up its first overseas office，the Somalia Office.
c. In August 1988, was authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to engage in import & export trading.
d. In October 1993, entered the engineering contracting market of the Southern Africa region.
e. In May 1995, appraised for the first time as one of the annual Top 225 International Contractors by American Engineering News Record, ranking the 159th place.
f. In September 1998, approved by Jiangsu provincial government, China Jiangsu International Group was incorporated.
g. In November 1999, passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Control System.

Annotation:
The “mission of an enterprise”is virtually the aim as well as value for an enterprise to exist for, also the lofty responsibilities and obligations for an enterprise.
Customers/ clients are the foundation on which an enterprise exists and develops. It’s groundless for an enterprise to exist or develop without customers / clients. To satisfy the needs of customers / clients means to think of what customers have in mind and feel anxious for what customers badly need, and accordingly create exquisite building works or provide high-quality services for its customers / clients through our efforts and the advantage of CJI brand, with an aim to realize in the maximum the values of the enterprise.
