现将近期收集到的已办结35起案件和事项相关情况公告如下：1．深圳航空有限责任公司原高级顾问、实际控制人李泽源等人挪用资金案审计署在审计中发现，2005年至2006年，李泽源伙同深圳航空有限责任公司原董事长赵祥等公司高管涉嫌挪用公司资金用于偿还其个人控制的其他企业债务。
2010年1月，审计署将此案件线索移送中央纪委查处。
2014年1月，北京市第二中级人民法院以挪用资金罪判处李泽源有期徒刑14年，剥夺政治权利2年，判处赵祥等4人有期徒刑6年至3年不等，追回被挪用资金12亿元。
2．陕西省交通厅原副巡视员杜必栋等人受贿案审计署在审计中发现，2008年至2012年，杜必栋等人在省交通厅职工住宅建设管理中涉嫌索取和收受贿赂。
2012年12月，审计署将此案件线索移送中央纪委查处。
2013年，西安市中级人民法院以受贿罪判处杜必栋有期徒刑15年，并处没收财产80万元，收缴赃款315万元；陕西省纪委给予交通厅原厅长曹森党内严重警告处分。
3．广东省惠州市发展改革局原副局长廖庆华等人受贿案审计署在审计中发现，2010年至2011年，廖庆华等人在西气东输二线工程广东惠州市境内的征地拆迁中，涉嫌收受施工企业贿赂。
2011年10月，审计署将此案件线索移送公安部查处。
2012年12月，广东省汕尾市中级人民法院以受贿罪判处廖庆华有期徒刑10年，没收个人财产30万元，收缴全部赃款；以行贿罪判处深圳市华宇工程建设有限公司原法人代表林小光有期徒刑2年、缓刑3年。

附件一：中国航空油料有限责任公司贵州分公司招聘报名登记表填表日期：年月日附件二：劳动合同补充协议一、工作职责乙方应严格按照甲方规定的工作职责履行其岗位职责。
二、工作地点服从工作安排，愿意长期到公司所属供应站工作。
三、薪酬福利待遇1．乙方实行协议工资制，分为试用期工资、培训期工资和独立上岗期工资，具体标准按《中国航空油料有限责任公司贵州分公司协议工资标准》执行。
2．乙方为飞机加油员的，在取得飞机加油员独立上岗证的次月起，享受所在机场飞机加油员津贴。
3.乙方享受公司夜班津贴、食堂补贴、法定节假日加班费。
4.其他工资待遇之外的补贴，由公司确定。
但是，享受补贴的时间自取得对应岗位资格证能独立上岗的下月起计算。
5.乙方享受法定社会保险。
6.乙方享受公司同工种劳动保护用品。
四、劳动合同解除出现以下情形，甲方可随时解除乙方劳动合同：1. 在试用期内被证明不符合录用条件的；2．乙方进入公司一年后，通过公司培训并参加国家相关职业技能鉴定，未取证的；3．乙方为飞机加油员的，进入公司一年后，未通过机场内场驾驶考试的；4．乙方不服从工作安排，不愿长期到公司所属供应站工作的；5. 12个月内连续旷工3天(含)或累计旷工7天(含)以上的；6. 收发油料、物料不登记或登记有误或丢失，已无法追回，给公司造成经济损失5000元(含)以上的；7. 违反财经纪律，涉及金额5000(含)元以上的；8. 违章操作或违章指挥，造成公司油料器材、设备、建筑物损失在5000元(含)以上的或造成人身伤害或设备事故的；9. 违章操作或违章指挥，造成油料等级责任事故或造成刮(碰)飞机、拉坏飞机(加油车)加油接头、拉坏地井(加油车)接头事故；10. 脱岗、酒后作业、违反动火规定等严重影响岗位工作正常进行或严重威胁生产安全的；11. 泄露公司经营、财务、技术、人事秘密，给公司造成经济损失或严重影响的；12. 蓄意破坏公司财产的；13. 盗窃同事或公司财物的；14. 与同事动手打架，造成对方身体伤害的；15. 违反计划生育政策的；16. 被依法追究刑事责任的；17. 其他严重违反公司劳动纪律、规章制度或严重失职、营私舞弊。
