XY轴双向移动工作平台

摘要

本次设计从研究移动工作平台着手,借鉴实际生产经验,设计了适合一种XY轴双向移动的工作平台。本次设计的XY轴双向移动工作平台,主要针对普通的钻铣床适用,XY轴移动采用手动摇柄的方式进行移动。整个XY轴移动工作平台包括XY向进给机构、底座、工作台等主要组部件。其中所有进给机构均采用滚珠丝杠进行传动,并由手动摇手轮进行X轴和Y轴的进给。

全面阐述了XY轴工作平台的结构原理,设计特点,详细介绍了XY 轴工作平台的结构设计及校核,并进行了分析。另外汇总了有关技术参数。

其中着重介绍了滚珠丝杠的原理及选用原则,系统地对滚珠丝杠生产、应用等环节进行了介绍。包括种类选择、参数选择、精度选择、循环方式选择、与主机匹配的原则以及厂家的选择等。

ABSTRACT

This design is based on the research of mobile work platform, using the actual production experience, designed a kind of XY axis to two-way mobile platform. The design of the XY axis two-way mobile work platform, mainly for the ordinary drilling and milling machine is applied, the XY axis is moved by the way of manual shake the handle to move. The entire XY axis mobile platform including XY to feed mechanism, the base, the work table and other major components. All of them feed in mechanism with ball screw drive, and hand wheel by manual X and Y axis feed.

The structure principle and design features of the XY axis platform are described in detail, and the structure design and check of the XY axis is introduced in detail. Additional summary of relevant technical parameters.

The principle and selection principle of ball screw are introduced, and the production and application of ball screw are introduced systematically. Including type selection, parameter selection, precision selection, selection of circular mode, and the principle of host matching, and the choice of the manufacturer.
