我公司将对出售的机组提供50KW以下机组6个月或500 小时保修(以先到为准)。
50KW以上机组12个月或 1000 小时保修(以先到为准)。
一切因发电机组制造缺陷引起的机组故障,由我公司负责保修。
(因人为操作失误、疏忽保养或不按操作规程引起的机组故障,机组易损件、日常使用配件、均不在保修范围内)。
设备发生买方无能力处理和修复的故障后,买方应立即通知卖方,在接到买方通知后,维修响应时间不超过2小时,对于一般简单故障问题,技术人员通过电话与客户沟通,指导解决问题;如通过电话解决不了的问题,则技术人员以最快的时间赶赴现场为客户排除故障,一般接电后本市24小时内处理;外埠48小时内处理;边远地区72小时处理。
公司每年将对售出机组进行2次以上回访,免费指导安装。

1.2 买方在本技术规范书中提出了最低限度的技术要求,并未规定所有的技术要求和适用的标准,卖方应提供一套满足本技术规范书和所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务。
1.3 卖方如对本技术规范书有偏差(无论多少或微小)都必须清楚地表示在本技术规范书的附件13“差异表”中。
否则买方将认为卖方完全接受和同意本技术规范书的要求。
1.4 本设备技术规范书所使用的标准如遇与卖方所执行的标准不一致时,按较高标准执行。
