赴美带薪实习 美国工作权利重点总结 2017 学生

1. 在赴美旅行前，请将所有重要文件复印两份，特别是您印有签证的护照、合同、身份证件。将一份留给您国内可信的人。

Please have two copies of all important documents, especially your passport with stamped visa, job-offer and other ID page, which should be left one copy to your domestic reliable contact person before you departure to US

2. 请将您雇主对您的每次不当言论和行为，以及任何一个在场见证人的姓名和电话的详细记录并妥善保存。

Keep every details of life in record during your stay in the US, especially employer's improper remarks and behavior on you , the witness' name and contact information etc.

3 . 将您的护照放在一个安全、易找到的地方,任何人没有权利从你身边拿走（即使雇主也没有权利）

P lease keep your passport and other important materials safe. No one is allowed to take them away from you, your employer do not have such right either

4. 将你你的护照、签证、及工作合同的复印件交与您国内亲戚或朋友处保存

Please have your parents/friends to keep a copy of your passport, visa and job-offer as well as other important documents .

5.请时刻记住您本国使馆的电话号码

Please always remember the phone number of Chinese embassy/consulate

6.请将此册携带身边以便在美国期间随时可参考

Please take along this brochure with you all the time when you stay in US

7. 保留您所有工作的天数及小时的记录，以及您获得的每笔报酬的数额及日期

Please keep every details of salary payment, working hours/days in record
