TSI系统调试基本知识本内容将围绕大多数电厂中广泛使用的美国本特利(BENTLY)公司生产的振动检测系统3500为模版,全面讲述系统安装、组态、调试过程及调试中常见问题的处理。
第一节 TSI系统硬件基本知识3500系统能提供连续、在线监测功能,适用于机械保护应用,并为早期识别机械故障提供重要的信息。
该系统高度模块化的设计主要包括:见下图:系统的工作流程是:从现场取得的传感器输入信号提供给3500监测器框架内的监测器和键相位通道,数据被采集后,与报警点比较并从监测器框架送到一个地方或多个地方处理。
3500框架中模件的共同特征是带电插拔和内部、外部接线端子。
任何主模件(安装在3500框架前端)能够在系统供电状态中拆除和更换而不影响不相关模块的工作,如果框架有两个电源,插拔其中一块电源不会影响3500框架的工作。
外部端子使用多芯电缆(每个模块一根线)把输入\输出模块与终端连接起来,这些终端设备使得在紧密空间内把多条线与框架连接起来变的非常容易,内部端子则用于把传感器与输入\输出模块直接连接起来。
外部端子块一般不能与内部端子输入/输出模块一起使用。
1、3500/05系统框架3500框架用于安装所有的监测器模块和框架电源。
它为3500各个框架之间的互相通讯提供背板通讯,并为每个模块提供所要求的电源。
3500框架有两种尺寸:1 全尺寸框架——19英寸EIA框架,有14个可用模块插槽2 迷你型框架——12英寸框架,有7个可用模块插槽电源和框架接口模块必须安装于最左边的两个插槽中。
其余14个框架位置(对与迷你型框架来说是其余7个位置)可以安装任何模块。
2、3500/15电源模块3500 电源是半高度模块,必须安装在框架左边特殊设计的槽口内。
3500 框架可装有一个或两个电源(交流或直流的任意组合)。
其中任何一个电源都可给整个框架供电。
如果安装两个电源,第二个电源可做为第一个电源的备份。
当安装两个电源时,上边的电源作为主电源,下边的电源作为备用电源,只要装有一个电源,拆除或安装第二个电源模块将不影响框架的运行。

产品描述XT-LP3500罗盘中使用的传感器有:三轴磁阻传感器和二轴倾角传感器。
其中,磁阻传感器测量地球磁场,倾角传感器测量罗盘的姿态。
输出的指向是罗盘指北轴线在水平面的投影和地磁北线在地面投影的夹角。
由于电子罗盘是根据地磁原理计算磁航向角,降低或消除外界干扰磁场对其输出精度的影响,是在工程应用中必须解决的问题。
影响电子罗盘定向精度的因素很多,如磁传感器的安装误差、磁罗盘装置自身存在的数据采集与转换误差(统称为电器误差),多轴磁传感器存在的非正交误差、干扰磁场引起的磁罗差等。
对于安装误差、电器误差、非正交误差,可以通过改善设计、制造安装工艺等措施来消除或消弱其对罗盘航向精度的影响。
使用环境中铁磁介质引起的干扰磁场引起的磁罗差,是对罗盘航向精度影响最大、最难以控制的。
在没有干扰磁场时,罗盘在水平面旋转一周,输出的(Hx-Hy)理想曲线是一圆心位于坐标原点的正圆;硬磁干扰产生于永久磁铁或被磁化的金属,这些干扰与罗盘的相对位置固定,在罗盘的输出值上增加一个定值,罗盘在水平面旋转一周,输出的(Hx-Hy)曲线是偏心圆;软磁干扰产生于地球磁场和罗盘附近的任何磁性材料之间的相互作用,其干扰程度与罗盘的方向有关。
一般情况下,受软磁干扰时,罗盘水平旋转一周,输出的(Hx-Hy)曲线是斜椭圆,见图1。

ABI 3500操作手册 基因测序
3500/3500XL简易操作手册1. 空间定位和光谱校正1.1 设置Dye Set进入library界面,选择Dye Sets菜单,点击Create,在Dye Set Name中输入“AGCU_E5”作为我公司Dye Set名称,从Chemistry 下拉菜单中选择“Matrix Standard”,从Dye Set Template下拉菜单中选择“E5 Template”,设置完成后点击Save保存设置。
1.2 空间定位进入3500 Data Collection Software主界面,选择Maintenance 菜单,在Maintenance界面中点击Calibrate下拉菜单中的Spatial按钮,选择合适的空间定位参数即可开始空间定位。
3500系列遗传分析仪空间定位与3100、3130系列类似。
1.2 光谱校正 a、光谱校正前先更换水和阴阳极Buffer,按10ul甲酰胺:0.5ul 5 Dye Matrix Standard的比例配制甲酰胺和光谱校正标准品混合物,轻轻震荡混匀后短暂离心。
准备一块新的96孔反应板,将配制好的混合物均匀的分装在前三列各孔中。
3500/3500xL进行光谱校正时仪器默认第一个Run,即前三列中加入了光谱校正混合物。
95℃加热3 min ,立即冰浴3 min,变性完成后装载96孔板并置于仪器托盘中。
b、点击Calibrate下拉菜单中的Spectral按钮,按照图示选择各种参数点击Start Run即可进行光谱校正。
注意在Dye Set中应选则在1.1中设置好的与AGCU试剂盒相匹配的Dye Ste。
如果光谱校正未达到仪器默认质量要求,仪器会自动重复跑样三次,并自动选择各次跑样中质量最好的通道作为此次光谱校正的最后结果。
光谱校正时应观察实时原始数据,以便及时做出相应调整,确保最终结果。
C、3500系列遗传分析仪与3100、3130系列遗传分析仪最大的区别之一就是光谱校正。

Typically the compensationwill be required for cable loss. Therelative offset factor can be as largeas 99.99 dB, and the offset can beprogrammed with a resolution of0.01 dB. A number of averaging val-ues can be used when the signal youwant to measure varies significantlywith time. A hold command saves ameasurement that is made in a hardto reach area until the instrumentcan be retrieved. A backlight can beilluminated when making measure-ments in poorly lit areas. To maximizebattery life, the V3500A can be set upto turn off the backlight or the instru-ment entirely after a specific period oftime. Once the instrument utilities aresetup in the manner you prefer, theinstrument state can be saved for thenext use.Take a Closer LookRF connectorIn the RF world, cables are often equipped with N-connectors and SMA connectors. N-con n ectors are commonly used on test instru-mentation, because they are rugged, can handle high powers, and perform well up to about 18 GHz.This section contains information about how to make RF signal connections to the Type N male RF connector (50 Ω characteristic impedance—refer to Figure 1) of the V3500A for power measurement.Connection for a power measurementNOTE : When connecting the Type N connector of the V3500A to a Type N female connector for a power measurement, observe the following proper practice for tightening the connection.Figure 1. The V3500A can be remotely programmed over this USB interface. In addition to programming, the V3500A can be powered by the USB. With the USB connected and providing power, and the optional external power disconnected, the V3500A will be powered from USB regardless of whether batteries are present.NOTE: The interface is USB 2.0 com-patible, but with an interface speed of 12 Mbps.External power connectorThe power connector provides a connection for the optional external power supply (refer to Figure 2). A simple ‘Quick Start’ process is used to configure all the basic functions essential to controlling your process. This includes input sensor type, measurement range, control options and alarms making ‘Out the Box’operation truly achievable. More advanced features are configured using a PC based graphical configuration tool enabling users to pick function blocks from a library then connect them together using soft wiring.The large 5-digit display provides a clear and unambiguous indication of the process value. A four-line message centre provides custom or standard views of important information to the user while vertical and horizontal bargraphs provide at a glance visual indication of the process. PPA3500
拥有1MHz的带宽和优异的平滑响应,PPA3500系列功率分析仪可以提供所有电参数的功率分析,如电子镇流器和PWM驱动等领域涉及 宽范围的频率成分。 专属N4L的称为Expanded Nyquist的数字处理技术,确保了测试数据的绝对精准。 PPA3500具有较好的宽带频率响应功能。

■ 谐波分析和示波器显示模式
PPA3500
在谐波分析仪模式下,PPA3500可以实时的以图表方式呈现高达100次谐波。PPA系列功率分析仪结合了可变窗口无间隙分析的实时 DFT技术,可实现高度精确的谐波分析。利用高速并行的FPGA信号处理以及专有的DSP算法使可变窗口无间隙分析的实时DFT技术 应用成为可能。利用DFT技术分解信号基于这样的事实,通过抽样窗口的分辨率的样品是可能的,而不是FFT的限制性2n个样本大小的窗 口。传统的FFT技术,在正常和谐波模式下他们无法做到全程无空隙的数据分析。而采用可变窗口无间隙分析的实时DFT技术的N4L, 利用自己独有的技术,可以实现同步实时数据获取,无空缺的真实“实时”功率计算,高速谐波分析。 PPA5500系列扩展了谐波范围达到满足航空航天应用的417次谐波,还包括为间谐波分析的1次FFT频谱模式。
