外国人就业证流程
Alien Employment Permit Process
第一步办理外国人就业许可证书（用人单位至人力资源和社会保障部门办理）
Step 1. Applying for Alien Employment License (The company submits related documents to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
1. 外国人就业申请表(三份，固定表格)
Application form for foreigner’s employment in China ( three copies, standard form) 2. 拟聘用外国人的报告
Report of employing foreigner
3. 聘用意向书
Offer of employment
4. 外国人的履历证明（中文）
Resume of foreigner (In Chinese)
5. 外国人从事所聘工作的资格证明，如学历证明，技能资格证明（以上证明均需原件及正
规翻译社翻译件）
Qualification certificate of foreigner for engaging in job, for example, diploma of university, Skills qualification (The above certificate must be original and translation by formal translation agency).
6. 外国人的健康证明原件及复印件
The original and the copy of physical examination record of foreigner
7. 无犯罪记录证明（需原件及正规翻译社翻译件）
Certification of non-criminal records (It must be original and translation by formal translation agency).
8. 外国人的护照复印件
The copy of passport of foreigner
9. 企业营业执照复印件及外商投资企业批准证书复印件
The copies of Enterprise Business License and Certificate of Approval
资料齐全可以立即领取外国人就业许可证书。

第二步办理职业签证邀请函
Step 2. Applying for Employment Visa Invitation Letter
1. 企业营业执照复印件和外商投资企业批准证书复印件

The copy of foreigner’s passport
3. 入境机票订单
Entry ticket order

昆山市申请流程：
Application process in Kunshan City
首先，在“中国昆山”网站上申请，需要两个工作日审批。
Firstly, Please regist on the website of , it need two working days for examination and approval.
其次，提交资料至昆山市政府外事办，需要五个工作日审批。
Secondly, Submit all the documents to Foreign Affairs Office in Kunshan. It need five working days for examination and approval.
第三步外国人持外国人就业许可证书和邀请函到中华人民共和国驻外使、领馆办理职业签证（即Z签证）。
Step 3. The foreigner presents the Alien Employment License and Employment Visa Invitation Letter to the embassy or consulate of People’s Republic of China when applying for the Employment Visa（Z Visa）.
第四步外国人入境后24小时内登记境外人员住宿登记。
Step 4. Register housing/hotel information within 24 hours after foreigner entered China.
第五步外国人入境后15日内至人力资源与社会保障行政部门办理《外国人就业证》。Step 5. Applying for Foreign Employment Permit to Human Resources and Social Security Administrative authorities within 15 days after entering China.

2. 中华人民共和国外国人就业许可证书复印件
The copy of Alien Employment License of The People’s Republic of China
3. 劳动合同（法定代表人不需要提供）
Labour contract (The legal representative does not need to provide it)
4. 护照及“Z”签证正本及复印件
The original and the copy of passport and “Z” visa.
5. 外国人的健康证明原件及复印件
The original and the copy of physical examination record of foreigner.
6. 所在地公安机关出具的住宿登记证明复印件
The copy of Accommodation Registration Form by local public security organs.
7. 二寸近期照片四张
Four pieces of recent 2-inch photos
8. 外国人就业证预审表
Pre-check form of employment permit
收费标准：50元/月。一共600元。
Charging standard: RMB50 / Month. Total RMB600.
资料齐全可以立即领取外国人就业证。
You can get Alien Employment Permit immediately if the documents are complete.
第六步外国人入境后30日内持就业证至用人单位所在的公安部门办理《外国人居留许可》Step 6. The foreigner who has obtained the Employment Permit should present the Employment Permit to the local public security authorities to apply for Alien Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China.
