近几年来，团队工作方式已经成为企业和其他组织生存和发展的一种必要手段，高效率的团队在企业经营活动中显示了强大的生命力。团队自身要想高效率的运作，在很大程度上依赖于团队内部成员的构成和沟通的有效性等因素。一个合作性的团队的效率远远大于各部分简单的相加。随着团队成员之间的交往，其复杂性会成倍增加，成员彼此之间需要进行强有力的沟通才能了解各自的想法，能够互相理解，并能通过协作共同解决问题。
