公司现由税务代理部、顾问部、审计部与培训部组成。主要为外资代表处、外商独资企业、中外合资企业及中国民营企业提供涉及税务咨询服务。同时，公司也致力于帮助财务人员提升税务理论与实践的水平。

Our company takes Open, Diligent and Reputable as our mission. We help clients reach their goals and settle their matters, which are considered as the core of our work. To be one of the most trusted tax consulting company of Chinese and overseas SMEs’ enterprises is our ultimate aim.

Our company is composed by 4 departments, which are tax agency department, consultant department, audit department and training department. Our main service is to provide tax consultation for clients containing foreign representative office, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, sino-foreign joint ventures and Chinese private enterprises. Meanwhile, we devote ourselves to help financial staff to improve their level of tax theory and practice.

××先生具有丰富的审计以及会计服务经验，在普华永道工作期间，先后为10余家公司提供了境内外上市审计服务；先后以咨询服务的形式为多家上市或拟上市公司提供了上市财务咨询、内控制度的建立、企业重组、帐务清理及尽职调查等财务咨询服务。

××先生是中国注册会计师协会以及中国注册税务师协会执业会员。

××has rich experience in accounting and auditing. During the work time in PWC, he has provided IPO audit service for more than 10 companies. He also has served for the listing, already listed companies with consulting service, and these service contained listed financial consulting, internal control system establishment, enterprise restructuring, accounting clearance and due diligence.
