前言
水资源状态制约着国民经济的发展和人类生活水平的提高。长期以来,水资源的不合理开发、利用所造成的严重水资源短缺和区域性的生态、环境灾害受到了国际水资源与环境领域的广泛关注。现代资源开发利用已从传统的仅对水资源的评价与无序开发转变为更重视水资源量与质的综合评价、合理开发与利用;更加注重节水技术的开发与应用;更加关注水资源的天然循环与人为循环之间的协调;更加强调污水再生回用技术和污染水源的水质修复技术的应用与推广,实现水资源的有效保护。
我们选择了一个与水息息相关的专业,因此我们更加需要对水资源的利用与保护有所了解。我们可以通过工程课程设计,掌握水资源评价、供需平衡分析的基本概念、理论与方法;掌握取水工程基本概念、理论、工程技术和措施;掌握取水构筑物形式的选择;了解与水资源保护有关的理论、措施,理论联系实际,增长实践知识,加深对理论知识的理解。
课程设计是大学学习的重要环节,是每一个大学生的必修课。我们要把握好每一次机会尽可能的增长见识,这样可以为我们以后更好地把所学的知识运用到工作中打下基础。

Status of water resources restrict the development of national economy and the improvement of human life. For a long time, the result of the unreasonable development and utilization of water resources serious shortage of water resources and regional ecological and environmental disaster has received the widespread attention in the field of international water resources and the environment. Modern resources development and utilization has from the traditional only for evaluation of water resources and the disorderly development to attach more importance to comprehensive evaluation in water resources quantity, quality and reasonable development and utilization; Pay more attention to the development and application of water-saving technology; Pay more attention to the natural cycle of water resources and the coordination between the artificial cycle; More emphasis on wastewater regeneration recycle technology and the application of the water polluted water quality repair technology and promotion, realize the effective protection of water resources.
We chose a professional which is closely linked with the water, so we need more to understand utilization and protection of water resources. We can through the engineering course design, water resources evaluation, the basic concepts of supply and demand balance analysis, theory and method; Master water engineering basic concepts, theories, techniques
and measures; Grasp the choice of the form of water intake structures; Understand the theory related to the protection of water resources, measures, theory with practice, increase practice knowledge, deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge.
Curriculum design is an important part of the university, is a compulsory course for college students each. We should grasp every chance to see the world as possible, so that we can for our future better apply learned knowledge to work to lay the foundation.
