机房工程系统的设计和实施是本着“以人为本、统一规划、分步实施的原则”。
该项目机房系统应体现：先进性、安全性、实用性、稳定性、开放性和超前性。 机房系统通过系统集成技术把机房各子系统有机的结合起来，实现信息共享和各种联动控制功能

1、电气


照明采用高效三基色荧光灯具，发光效率高，发热量小； 房间内灯具分区控制，多回路设计，可减小不必要的能源浪费； 用电设备均匀的接在三相电网上，降低三相电压不平衡度，减少能源的损耗。

空调采用环保型制冷剂； 新风系统采用温、湿度预处理的新风机组 新风系统安装消声器，减少风管产生的噪音
