于是我开始有些心动,我也想要去竞选试试,想要当上班长。
如果我当了班长,我就不会只顾自己的学习,而是会照顾到大家的需求,经常性的去给他们解疑答惑,帮助大家一起进步。
如果我当了班长,班里的大事小事我都会尽可能的去解决,实在麻烦的再去找老师帮忙。
如果我当了班长,我一定会跟大家好好相处,争取让大家都喜欢我的。
如果我当了班长,我一定会尽职尽责,多为大家谋取福利,努力维护班里利益。
如果让我当班长,我一定要以身作则,自觉遵守纪律。
做到不打架、不骂人、不破坏卫生、爱护花草、礼貌待人、尊老爱幼、尊师爱生。
因为如果自己做得不好,却让别人做好,别人一定不愿意按你说的去做,更瞧不起你。
如果让我当班长,第一我要抓好全班的纪律的,一个班级没有一个好的纪律是不行的。
对违犯纪律的同学,我要采取果断的措施。
如当我发现上课有人说话,我就让那位同学念几遍《小学生日常行为规范》,使他(她)自觉地认识到自己的错误,从而改正自己的坏毛玻当我发现有人骂人,我就上去制止,告诉他(她)骂人是不文明的表现,我们身为一个小学生,不能骂人。
如果让我当班长,我会带头爱护环境,保护好学校的一草一木,给全体同学创造一个优美的学习环境。
当我发现有人破坏花草树木,一定上去制止,告诉他(她)花草树木给人们带来的种种好处,使他(她)不再破坏花草树木。
如果让我当班长,我一定要好好学习,并认真帮助学习较差的同学。
首先我要加倍努力,力争各门功课在全班第一名。
因为只有自己学习好了,才能更好地辅导别人。
各位同学,你们一定会笑我是一个“官迷”吧,法国的拿破仑将军说过,:“不想当将军的士兵,不是好的士兵”,今天我要说,不想当班长的学生不是一个好学生。
今天我所以大胆地“毛遂自荐”,我自信有能力把班长做好。
给我一次机会,我会还大家一个奇迹。
要做就做得更好。
假如我是班长,我会帮助老师做一些力所能及的事,做老师的好助手。
新学期新起点,良好的开始是成功的一半。
下面我就说说我做班长的计划。
假如我是班长,我不会像以前班长那样打人骂人。
妈妈说:不管做什么事情都要讲理,蛮不讲理是不行的,更何况老师也经常说不要打人骂人。
我要以身作则,每天按时完成作业,遵守纪律,做同学的榜样。
老师不在的时候,我要安排好各项事情,让同学们各自做好自己分内的事。
我要随时进行监督和检查,重点是卫生纪律和学习。
合理分配好学习时间,特别是读书,因为读万卷书,行万里路,书中自有颜如玉,书中自有黄金屋,多读一点书,多了解一些知识。
班级不能什么事都要我自己管理,我要把同学们分成几个小组,再选一些精明能干小组长帮我管理这一小组的同学。
在做这个班长之前,我要准备一下。
第一我要懂得分辨是非,第二要懂得关心同学,第三要懂得合理安排好时间,安排好各项任务,帮助老师减轻负担。
刚开始,我以为当班长很容易,只是管人而已。
现在我明白了,当班长是一个很琐碎的活,什么事都要操心,我也理解了老师,当老师更不容易。
真是不当家不知道柴米贵啊。
班长,我认为是所有职务中最不好当的。
当上班长的人,虽然可以享受打扫卫生时,少干点活的待遇,但每天却要第一个来,最后一个走,还要处理班级里的事务,很累的。
某一天,我正好“不幸”地当上了班长。
我既喜又忧,喜的是我正好借此机会整一整平时专门欺负女生的几个男生;忧的是不知我能否当好这个班长。
那天早上,当我赶到教室时,发现班上部分同学已经到了。
我赶紧引导他们晨读,可他们偏偏跟我对着干,越吵越凶,还说:“你算个什么东西,还来管我,噷!”我只好记下几个不守纪律的同学的名字,他们这才安静下来,开始晨读。
我原以为“灾难”就这样过去了,没想到那些专门欺负女生的几个男生不服我来领导他们,在音乐课上肆意说话,还说我坏话:“那个崔灿的身材真差,她的领导能力真是差到家了,她可真胖,她跑步真慢……”音乐老师压也压不住,她就将那些男生的名字记下,准备上报给班主任,同时还要告班长不帮忙管理的状。
我吓得全身一哆嗦,天哪,难道班长 ___当的吗?要是还有一次机会让我选择,我宁可不要当班长。
音乐课下课后,我又被同学们催着发作业登记本。
发完本子后,同学们一窝蜂地涌出教室,只剩下几个做值日的同学留在教室里。
我又得分配他们去打扫教室,可他们又不听我的,在教室里打打闹闹,气得我大叫:“没有打扫完教室的人,每人扣三分!”他们这才慢腾腾地打扫起教室。
回到家后,我疲倦地跌坐在椅子上,觉得好累好累。
天哪,班长这个职务,还真不是我能干的活!而且我想起下课时,我被班主任叫到办公室里,用不信任的眼光打量了我一会儿,说:“崔灿啊,我看你以后还是不再当班长吧,同学这样闹对你不太好。
”明天,我保证不会再当班长了。
假设一下,有一天,我成了班长,大胆地想一想。
我会在班上进行综合性整顿。
我会先不动声色地观察一、两天,了解一下班上的整体情况,发现某些有缺点的同学。
之后,我不会硬碰硬地报告老师,记他的名。
这样,显得缺乏道德,会毁坏我在群众心目中的形象。
我会先派人或亲自去礼貌地说服他,假如不严重,可以给他一次改正的机会。
假如态度不好,事态严重,再上报老师。
子曰:道之以政,齐之以刑,民免而无耻。
道之以德,齐之以礼,有耻且格。
就是这个道理。
只有以礼貌的话语,道德的态度,才能让脏话连篇、欺负同学、乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰,到处追打之类的小问题 ___根除。
课间纪律和作业上交情况,也是值得关注的问题。
现在课间经常出现打闹、追跑、骂人等不好的现象。
我将在各个位置派人轮流观察,碰到不守纪律的人,对他及时进行教育。
我将做一个表格,记录课间纪律,定期交给班主任汇报。
我每周会检查课代表的作业登记表,对作业没交的人进行批评。
假如我当了班长,也许我想的还不太周全。
但我一定能说到做到!另外,我会阅读一些团队管理类的书籍,以提高自己的修养。
总之,我认为,道德最重要。
