一、概述 Summary

BXJS系列除砂机是本公司在广泛深入研究目前国内外各种形式的沉砂池除砂机的基础

上，经优化设计而开发出的第二代沉砂池除砂设备。这种新型的组合式沉砂池除砂设备，沉砂

效果好，除砂可靠，砂水分离效率高，整个系统采用PLC自动控制，管理方便。

The BXJS series grit catcher is developed based on our research and improvement of similar domestic and foreign equipment. It is our second generation grit removal equipment. The combinational design is very effective, reliable and efficient. The system utilizes PLC automatic control, which makes it very easy to operate and maintain.

二、工作原理 Operating Principle

污水沿切线方向进入沉砂池，在旋转的搅拌桨作用下，固体砂粒受离心力、重力、浮力及

流体阻力共同作用，开始沉降。旋流中粒度、密度大的砂粒靠近池壁和池底，最后沉落到池中

心的砂坑内。同时，由于搅拌桨的适中旋转，在沉砂池的中心产生一个轻微向上的速度(不影响

外圈砂粒的沉降和池边向下的水流方向)使较轻、较小的物体在池中心部上升，最后随出水一起

排出。搅拌桨产生的离心力则把已沉降的较重砂粒推入池子下部的沉降段。

Once the water enters the grit-settling tank, under the action of the stirring rake and the effects of centrifugal force, gravity, buoyancy force and flow resistance, the grit begins to settle. Large and heavy grit flows to the sidewall and bottom of the tank and eventually falls to the grit pit at the center of the tank. The action of the stirring rake also creates a small upward flow at the center of the tank, which lifts small and light particles that eventually gets discharged with the water. The upward flow will not interfere in the downward movement of the grit in the outer region of the tank.

系统，砂水分离器，其他辅助设备等，见图1。

新型高效旋流沉砂池系统可达到如下除砂效率：

大于50筛目的砂粒去除率为95%。

50筛目和70筛目之间的砂粒去除率为85%。

70筛目和100筛目之间的砂粒去除率为65%。

The New and High-Efficient Rotational Flow Desilting Tank has the following grid-catcher efficiency:

Grid-catcher rate greater than 50 mesh sieve is 95%.

Grid-catcher rate between 50 and 70 mesh sieve is 85%.

Grid-catcher rate between 70 and 100 mesh sieve is 65%.

独特的水力设计：

与目前国内旋流沉砂池普遍采用的270°进出水方式相比，本沉砂池采用360°直进直出的方式，来水通过一个斜坡切向进水，在导流板和压水板的作用下，水流在沉砂池内完整地形成360°旋流，不会发生断流。因而其水力条件更为改善。

Unique hydraulic design:

Compared with the current general way of 270 ° inlet and outlet water by the domestic rotational flow desilting tank, this tank takes the method of 360 °straight in and out. The inlet water flows to the outlet water through a slope and the flow forms a complete 360 ° rotational flow in the desilting tank under the effect of deflector plate and water pressurizing plate so that the water doesn’t cut off. Therefore its hydraulic condition can be better improved.

可靠的提砂方式：

系统采用气提这一简单可靠的排砂方式，依靠气水混合液与水之间的比重差将砂粒排出。虽然气提的方式和砂泵提砂相比在提升高度上受到限制，但这一限制在实际应用并无什么不利影响。而其具有的一个优点是在气提之前可以实现砂粒的气洗，可防止集砂斗内的砂粒板结，同时还可将附着在砂粒上的有机物选出，从而方便砂粒排出后的后续处理。

Reliable way of grit lifting:

Simple and reliable, the system takes the method of air-lift to remove the grit, taking advantage of the proportion difference between air-water mixture and water. The height lifted by air is limited compared with grit lifting by sand pump, but this limit does not have any negative effects in practical operation. The grit can be air-scoured before air-lift, which can prevent the grit hardening in grit bucket and pick out the organics adhered to the grit, simplifying the following treatment after grit removal.

有机物分离：

新型高效旋流沉砂池独特的水力和搅拌浆片设计，不但可以高效地去除砂粒，同时可以高效地将有机物从砂粒中分离出来，这是目前市场上流行的钟式沉砂池所无法达到的。

Separation of organic compounds:

The unique hydraulic and stirring blade design of the New and High-Efficient Rotational Flow Desilting Tank can not only remove the grit, but also separate organics out of grit high-efficiently, which is impossible for the popular bell-type desilting tank in the current market.
