Expert viewpoint
2. From sexual reproduction to asexual reproduction, actually is a kind of degradation . Although people make human cloning, but the human reproduction is trend of sexual reproduction. As for infertile couples who want children can just through the test tube babies to solve. Human cloning is already the social nature of people, can not be equal to commodity, can’t only to consider its economic value. - -LiuXinYuan academician of the Chinese academy of sciences
Thank you!!
The disadvantages of cloning
cloning will reduce genetic variation cloning technology interfere with the natural evolution process. expensive technology and low success rate Transgenic animals raised the risk of infection Genetic traits to offspring of artificial control men will loss genetic significance impact the family relations
The history of cloning
In 1938, scientists in German put forward the idea of cloning In 1952, scientists started to do experiments about cloning with frogs
Expert viewpoint
1. Human cloning is nothing to be terrible about, but I worry that if If the technology is not enough mature ,maybe Human cloning is not a healthy person but a fool or an idiot. Ethical problems of clone should be face up to, but there is no reason with this problem to against the progress of science and technology. –Professor He of the Chinese academy of sciences
Two kinds of cloning
Natural clone is one that occurs in a natural
form of cloning without human help.
Man-made clone is one that produce
through human intervention.
Step 3
The egg cell from sheep A and the nucleus from sheep B are joined
together using electricity.
Step 4
The combined cell divides and
grows into an embryo.
Unit 11 Cloning
What is cloning?
Cloning is the replication of an exact genetic
copy of an organism by using a somatic tissue
or cell from the donor organism. Cloning can be used in animals, human organs, or even humans.
A female sheep provides an egg cell. The nucleus is removed from
the egg cell.
Step 2
A second female sheep provides a somatic cell. The nucleus is also taken out.
Step 5 The embryo is then put into female sheep C. Finally a
sheep D is cloned.
Since then, a variety of research and debate about cloning blotted the sky and land.
In 1996, the first cloned sheep, named Dolly, was born. It was a sheep generated by an adult sheep’s somatic cell.
How do scientists clone a sheep?
Step 1
Conclusion:
According to the deficiencies of the cloning technology, cloning is a double-edged sword and the key is if people can use it well. And now, what people need to do urgently is to face to face with cloning technology and human cloning in a serious scientific attitude , through the discussion and finally reached an agreement, speed up the legislation about the cloning of human and cloning technology ,make standardized management from now.

The advantages of cloning
Medical cloning could produce cures for serious degenerative illnesses in humans Cloning plants can produce plants of similar quality for sale Cloning plants can be useful for research on new plant species Cloning can help save endangered animals
Expert viewpoint
3. A plenty of human cloning will have the same characteristics, they are suffering from the same disease easily, a disease could ruin the all. A man can easily use virus to make human destroyed. - -medical doctor Wu Kun
