To the organizers:

I’ve just learned that the graduation ceremony is to be held in our school. However, there may be further improvement of the scheme you’ve posted on the campus websites, as I’d like to point out.

First of all, as the entrance examination for college is just around the corner, study is the top priority, which means the graduation ceremony has to give way for it might take us too much time for preparation. Therefore, i think it much wiser if we put off the ceremony two weeks later. Also, naming it Alma mater, the ceremony is intended to draw a perfect conclusion of our life in senior high school and remind us of both the triumph and sorrow we share together in these three years .

Therefore, I suggest that a video clip be made and played by we students before the principal delivers the speech to convey our sincere thanks to teachers who dedicate themselves to the

teaching career without complaints. Thus, the experience may well be an unforgettable one, because it not only makes us move, but also enables us to put a wonderful end to our high school life.

All in all, if the ceremony is organized in a more detailed and more moving way, it is sure to succeed. I hope that my voice above can be heard and considered and wish the ceremony a great success.

Having been informed the news that our school is going to transform the dormitory,canteen and school net work, I can not wait but write to give away my own view on canteen for your reference, and the details are listed as follows.

Initially, some students complain about the taste of the food is awful, which definitely leads to a lot of waste. Another concern is that the service windows are too few. As far as I’m concerned,

measures are supposed to be taken to improve the conditions of the canteen.It’s suggested that the excellent chefs be carefully selected and the choices of dishes be more various.With delicious food and a wide range of options,students can easily put themselves in a better state to carry out challenging academic tasks. In addition, it’s appealing and advisable to open more service windows.Consequently, the time spent in waiting can be shortened and we have more precious time to prepare for the next class.

I’m convinced that what I’ve mentioned above caters to the tastes of the most students. In view of this issue, I would be much obliged to you if you could adopt my proposal.
