Through the analysis of the corresponding action of greenhouse actuators on the greenhouse environment, the influence of the PLC and sensor technology is applied to the greenhouse control system design, the development of the nursery greenhouse intelligent control system based on PLC control. Greenhouse environment system is a nonlinear, time-varying, lagging of large complex system is difficult to establish a system of mathematical model, the conventional control method is difficult to obtain satisfactory static and dynamic performance. The design of control system hardware part mainly composed of PLC, all kinds of sensors, sensor is to detect the temperature inside the greenhouse, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, light, etc., the PLC is to control the bidirectional skylight, side window in greenhouse, sun-shade net drive, wet curtain pump, circulation fan, the platoon is wet cooling fan, our fleet air compensating valve, execute equipment such as the fill light. After the intelligent greenhouses into operation of this system can well realize the control of various environmental factors within the greenhouses adjustment, created a good growth environment for the nursery. This system operation is simple, stable and reliable work, strong practicability, adapt to the needs of the current agricultural modernization, applicability is wide and its economic benefit is very good, has good prospects for development

摘 要:本文是针对现代农业对智能温室的需求而自行设计的温室自动控制系
统。通过分析温室执行机构的相应动作对温室环境的影响,将PLC和传感器技术 应用到温室控制系统设计,开发了基于PLC控制的苗圃大棚智能控制系统。大棚 的环境系统是一个非线性、时变、滞后复杂大系统,难以建立系统的数学模型, 采用常规的控制方法难以获得满意的静、动态性能。本次设计控制系统硬件部分 主要由PLC、各类传感器构成的,传感器是来检测大棚内部的温度、湿度、二氧 化碳的浓度、光照度等,PLC是控制温室内双向天窗、侧窗,遮阳网驱动,湿帘 水泵,环流风机,降温排湿风扇,C02补气阀、补光灯等执行设备的。本系统的 智能温室大棚投入运行后可以很好地实现了对温室大棚内的各个环境因子的控 制调节,为苗圃创造了良好的生长环境。本系统操作简单、工作稳定可靠,实用 性强,适应当前农业现化的需要,适用范围广,经济效益很好,有好很的发展前景。
