1. 主语从句:在复合句中充当_主__语_的从 句叫主语从句,上述引导词除if外均可 引导主语从句。
注意:主语从句如果偏长,可移至谓语动 词后,前面用_it_作形式主语。
That he is an honest boy is known to all. → It is known to all that he is an honest boy. That the Chinese volleyball team once won six world championships successively is true. → It is true that the Chinese volleyball team once won six world championships.
4. whether。It在此是形式主语,故设空处 引导主语从句,且由for a short or a long time可知,应填whether。
2. 宾语从句:在复合句中作_宾__语_的从句 叫宾语从句,以上连词都可引导宾语 从句。宾语从句应注意的几个问题:
① 当一个动词带有两个或两个以上 _th_a_t_引导的宾语从句时,第一个_th_a_t_ 可省略,但从第二个开始不可省。 e.g. He said (that) he would spend his winter holiday in London this year and that it would be the first time he would spend his holiday alone abroad.

⑥ 宾语从句在时态上要求与主__句___一 致(即时态呼应),也就是说主 句为_一__般__现__在__时__, 从句可用任何 时态;如从句为一__般__过__去__时__态___, 主句应为过去时的某种时态。当 然,从句为普遍真理和自然现象 者例外。
⑦ 在某些动词后的宾语从句中用虚拟语 气,其结构为_s_h_o_u_l_d_+_动__词__原__形__, _s_h_o_u_ld__可以省略。这些常用动词是: 一个坚决要求insist; 两个命令order, command; 三个建议suggest, advise, propose; 四个要求ask, demand, request, require
④ 在be + adj.后的宾语从句中,t_h_a_t_可 以

7. why引导表示_原__因__的名词性从句,意 思是“……的原因”或 “为什么……”。 e.g. Why he said that rubbish at the meeting puzzled me. At last, he told us why he didn’t agree with us.
8. who “谁” , whom“谁”,whose“谁 的”。 e.g. Who will be chosen is the topic of conversation now. I want to know who/whom you really want to see. Whose handwriting is the most beautiful is very clear now.

3. —I wonder ___h_o_w___ Mary has kept her figure after all these years. —By working out every day. (福建2015)
6. how 引导表示_方__式__的名词性从句, 意 思是“……的方式”或“如何……”。 e.g. The problem is how we can get out of the trouble. How we can get in touch with him is the most important.
注意:insist有两个意思“坚决要求”和 “坚持认为”,前者用虚__拟__语__气____,而 后者用陈_述__语__气_____(实际时态); suggest 也有两个意思“建议”和“表明” 或“暗示”,当“建议”讲虚时拟用语气 _____陈__述__语,气否则用_________(实际时 态)。
在It is insisted/ ordered /commanded
/suggested/ advised/ proposed/ demanded/ required/ requested…that…结构中, 谓语 动词常用_s_h_o_u_l_d_+_动__词__原__形___。 在It is necessary/ important/ strange / surprised that…或 It is a pity/shame that… 也用 _s_h_o_u_ld__+__动__词__原__形__。
3. whether 有意义, “是否”, 引导 _宾__语__从__句__, 可以用if。 e.g. Whether it is true is not certain. He asked me whether/if he could ask another question.
4. when 引导表示_时__间__的名词性从句, 意 思是“……的时候”或“何时……”。 e.g. When we can get rid of the rubbish is still unknown. They didn’t know when they could meet again. The question is when the money can be collected.
9. 疑问词+ever 也可以引导__________。 名e.g词. W性h从at句ever was said here must be kept secret. Whoever fails to see this will make a big mistake.
三、名词性从句的种类 主语从句、宾语从句、同位语从句和 表语从句。
【点拨】 1. How。设空处引导主语从句,且由题意
(我们如何理解事情与我们所感受到的 有很大关系)可知,设空处在从句中作 方式状语,故填How。 2. When。设空处引导主语从句,且由题意 (延误的航班何时将起飞取决于天气) 可知,设空处在从句中作时间状语,故 填When。
3. what。设空处引导主语从句,并在从句 中作主语,且由表语the colours he uses可 知,设空处指物,故填what。
② 当宾语从句有补语时,要用形式 宾语_it__代替,而将宾语从句移至 _补__语__后,同时_t_h_a_t_不可省。 e.g. We should make it clear that
protecting the environment is

③ 在tell sb. that…; order sb. that…; remind sb. that…; explain to sb. that…; whisper to sb. that…等结 构中_t_h_a_t_不可省。 e.g. He told me that he was going abroad next month.
The smile on her face suggested that he was satisfied with the result. (陈述语 气)

e.g. Where the meeting will be held hasn’t been decided. Everyone wants to know where the plant can be found.

2. __W__h_e_n__ the delayed flight will take off depends much on the weather.(陕西2014)

一、概念 在从句中起名词作用的从句叫_名__词__性__ _从__句___。 它们是: 主__语__从__句__、___宾__语__从__句__、__同__位__ 语__从__句__和__表__语__从__句__。名词性从句必须 使用陈述语序,即“主语 + 谓语 ” 的 语序。
二、引导名词性从句的连词 1. that 无意义, 只起到引导_从__句__的作
e.g. He insisted that he should go to the front. (虚拟语气)
He insisted that Tom was honest and hardworking. (陈述语气)
She suggested that she should answer the phone immediately. (虚拟语气)
注意:主语从句如果偏长,可移至谓语动 词后,前面用_it_作形式主语。
That he is an honest boy is known to all. → It is known to all that he is an honest boy. That the Chinese volleyball team once won six world championships successively is true. → It is true that the Chinese volleyball team once won six world championships.

2. 宾语从句:在复合句中作_宾__语_的从句 叫宾语从句,以上连词都可引导宾语 从句。宾语从句应注意的几个问题:
