功率因数对照表功率因数(PowerFactor,简称PF)是指电机、变压器、电器等电力设备及其负载的总有功功率和总视在功率比值,是衡量电力设备和电路实际吸收有功功率与应吸收有功功率的比率。

功率因数的值决定了系统的电磁负荷效率,是衡量电能利用率的有效参数,也是电力电子设备的性能参数之一,是电力系统有效传输能力的反映。

功率因数反映了一种电路中视在功率与有功功率的比值,由于电路中存在滞时(或称相对时间延迟),其有功功率以及视在功率处于数量级上的不均衡,导致传输有效功率比较低,这就是功率因数出现的原因。

换句话说,功率因数反映了电路中有功功率与视在功率的比率,表征了电路的磁负荷效率。

在现代电力系统中,功率因数一般要求在指定范围内,以保证电力系统的合理运行及电能的有效传输。

按照不同功率因数指标使用电力,其后果可用功率因数对照表来表示:功率因数对照表功率因数 |电力系统的影响---------------------------低于0.85(含0.85) |统的传输能力极差、电力受损、负荷能力受限0.85~0.9 |统传输效率略有减退,但传输能力可保证,总功率损耗略高0.9~0.95 |统的传输效率及能力接近最大值,总功率损耗处于较低水平高于0.95(含0.95) |统的传输能力得到有效提升,有功损耗得到最大限度地降低功率因数越高,表明有功功率与视在功率的比率越高,电力传输能力越强,损耗越小。

通过提高功率因数,可以确保电力系统能够正常、有效地运行,提高电能传输系统的效率,减少电力损耗,节约资源。

在实际应用中,提高功率因数的方法有多种,包括但不限于:增加系统的电容量、采用自动调节型电容器、采用三相配平型电容器及采用变频调节器等。

由于功率因数的不同,可能会影响电力系统的运行,可能也会造成过载、热点和火花现象,因此在使用中需要注意以上等因素,以保证电力系统的正常运行。

总之,功率因数反映了电路中有功功率与视在功率的比率,对电力系统的正常运行具有重要的影响,因此需要在应用中注意系统的功率因数及其对应的影响。
