Constant temperature water bath Temperature range 25 ℃~100 ℃,

Accuracy±1 ℃

Electric shock machine Oscillation frequency 200 beats /min,

Oscillation amplitude 40 ± 2mm

3, Experimental procedures

3.1 Put 50ml fresh crude oil into several Stoppered cylinder of 50ml, plugged stopper after heating in water bath at 55 ℃constant temperature in 30min.

3.2 According to the measured concentration,added configured reference solution, the sample solution was added to the crude oil is configured in 3.1.

3.3 Make the added demulsifier several cylinder manually move more than 15 times, placed on the oscillator, in accordance with the 200 /min (no instrument can also choose to manually shake 200 times above) frequency oscillation 30min, read the dewatering amount of settlement of 90min constant temperature water bath in 55 ℃.

3.4 Each sample should make two parallel samples, and issued according to the rounding off error theory and data, if 90min dehydration rate relative difference is greater than 10%, this set of data is invalid, should be re experiment.

4 Calculation

Relative dehydration rate of the sample =V/V0*100%
