ABSTRACT
With the improvement of the theory of discrete event simulation to and the development of computer technology, computer simulation technology in automobile production lines in the research system has been extensively applied. International car companies have used the system simulation as a planning and analysis tools used in design production lines. In our country, the application of this technology still basically at an early stage, In order to shorten the gap between the country and the world's most advanced paint production line design and planning skills, this paper choose mature discrete event simulation software- AutoMod to analyze and research the automobile coating production line
Automotive paint production line is a typical discrete event system. This paper analyzes and summarizes characteristics, production practices of automotive coating production line, and introduces evaluation index of the automobile production line. The paper builds the car paint production line in the queue model which uses discrete event system theory, the queuing system of the basic concepts and features, combing with the classical theory of queues. It also creates Object models and dynamitic model with the way of object-oriented Petri net to the automobile paint production line on base of above analysis.
Aim to take the Object models and dynamitic model to simulation, the paper make the paint line as the typical example to show how to streamline production lines and related parameters for the collection, and for coating typical production line equipments, lift three-dimensional modeling, and formed a 3D simulation object model library of production line for painting.
The important part of the paper is that it takes dynamitic model to simulate using of simulation software AutoMod, then it analyzes the simulation results; raises sever plans to improve bottlenecks in the simulation model of the paint production line by experience. At last comparisons of various plans, the paper selects the best plan to
