Educational Objectives:
Cultivation of advanced engineering and academic research talents who are provided with both the theory, practical skill and innovative ability in mathematics, mechanics, electronics, computer and management. The students are expected to be provided with optimum knowledge structure, and be capable of the design, research and management work in the following areas: machine equipments, electronical manufacturing, information and communication, aeronautics and aerospace

This major is set up to teach students skills and technology in the field of mechanical engineering, mainly including mechanics, mechanology, microelectronics technology, computer technology, information processing technology and modern design method.
