1.简介Brief Instruction
管式蓄电池的生产过程中，正极极板的灌粉问题一直是令蓄电池生产厂家头疼的问题。

TS-GF系列灌粉机是我公司在吸收国外灌粉机的基础上，根据公司管式蓄电池生产的经验，不断对产品升级，最终形成的能满足广大管式蓄电池生产厂家的优质产品，该机因节能环保，生产效率高，深受广大蓄电池厂家的好评。

该机采用高效率振动器，振幅可调，振动力矩打1000牛，最大能满足450mm长度的管式极板灌粉，生产效率高，每分钟最快可到达6片。

大功率的脉冲式收集器，有效解决了灌粉中产生的粉尘污染，操作人员不受铅尘的污染。

铅粉回收系统收集灌粉过程中多余的铅粉，回收利用，不浪费。

灌粉的整个过程连续自动化操作，大大的提高了灌粉的效率，比传统的灌粉方式效率提高50%以上，是广大管式蓄电池生产的首选设备！

3.安装installation
3.1 机械要求Installation site and requirements
1、根据附图1制作支撑架，架子的尺寸必须严格按照图纸施工，否则，可能对后期的安装造成影响。

1. Please refer to the installation base drawing1, the shelves must be strictly in accordance with the size of drawings, or likely to cause of the late installation.
2.控制系统的安装必须远离粉尘及滴水的环境，否则可能对控制系统内部的PLC、触摸屏造成损坏。

2.the control system should be placed in a no dust-pollution,no water-leadage enviromentt since it has such high-end parts as control PLC、HMI.
3.系统必须安装在原材料和产品运输叫方便的地方。

3..the system should be installed in a place where it is easy for the material preparaton and finished product transportation.
4.压缩空气需求≥0.6 Mpa.

3.2 电气要求wiring

电源需求：415V 50HZ
输入：3P+N 线径≥25mm2
确保电线不要裸露在表面，防止破坏电线表面造成损坏。

Electric power supply: 415V 50HZ
Input: 3Phase+N，wire≥25mm2 .
Make sure that the wire meets the requirements，and the wire does not appear on the ground to avoid damage to wire.
4.操作operation
4.1.设备组成及各部分的功能Equipments compostion and function
4.1.1 物料存储部分：用于存储灌粉用的物料，最大存储容量为2T。

4.1.2 混粉机：灌粉原料的混合。

4.1.3 螺旋输送部分：原料的输送及余料的回收。

4.1.4 定量下料部分：物料的二次存储及灌粉的定量控制。

4.1.5 振动主机：灌粉机的振动源。

4.16 负压回收装置：用于灌粉过程中的除尘。

4.1.7 余料回收部分：收集再利用多余的物料。

4.1.8 控制系统

4.2.触摸屏操作说明Operation of HMI
本控制系统是由泰安市双龙蓄电池专用设备有限公司开发的，本系统运行原理为HMI控制PLC ,PLC 控制现场的各个部分的动作。

This operation system“Oxide Filling System”is developed by Taian Shuanglong Battery Specialized EquipmentsCo .,Ltd
PLC is controlled by HMI，and the PLC supervise and control the running of the lead oxide mill.
4.2.1主界面main screen
在此界面上，操作者可以选择语言，并可输入管理员的密码（在改变控制参数时需要输入密码），原始的密码为123456。

你也可在次页面上选择运行方式(手动或自动）。

On this interface，the operator can select the language，and can enter the administrator’s password（beore entering to interface of parameter parameter）the password is needed to prevent random editting of the programmes，the initial password is 123456）。

You also can choose the control model (manual or auto)
4.2.2自动界面auto screen
在这个界面上，操作者可以监控整个设备运行，如果设备的某一部本正在运行，在此界面上相应的部分将发生变化。

On this interface, the operator can supervise the running status of the system,the interface will display the real-time running status of the system.
此部分用于报警的显示，如果设备在运行过程中，某一些部分发生报警，将在此部分显示，并提示操作人员如何处理。

this is for fault alarm，and the box will display the fault information and solutions.
4.2.3手动界面manual screen
在此界面上，操作者可以控制系统中各部分的单独运行，按下
将会启动相应的部分，按下此部分将会停止。

On this screen, the operator can control the different functional parts of
the filling system，pushing the buton will start the related motor，
pushing will stop the related motor.
4.2.4参数设置parameters
在此界面上用于输入控制过程中需要的各个参数，主要是各部分运行的时间关系，用户可根据实际情况自己设定。

This interface is used for the input control ers can set it
according to realities.
A.混分时间：用于调整混分的时间长度。

Time of mixing :used for adjust the time of the mixer running time.
B.排粉时间：用于混粉完成后混粉机排空的时间长度。

Time of dumping :used for adjust the time of the dumping time . C.灌粉时间：主振动器运行时间。

Time of filling:the vibration running time.
5. 设备的维护Maintainence of equipments
5.1减速机的润滑Lubrication of reduction motor
A.减速机的润滑油在首次运行30天后更换一次，以后每连续运行三个月后更换一次。

A. Lubricant for reduction motor of drum has to be replaced after 30 days of uilization after the first time running，and afterwards for every 3 continours months, it has to be replaced.
B. 经常检查减速机的润换不见，如果发现缺油应及时的更换。

B.Check the oil level periodicly，and timely compensate.。
