黑龙江成人高考专升本黑龙江省成人高考将于10月17日、18日两天举行，专业课由招生学校根据专业要求自行确定是否加试，专升本艺术、体育各专业须加试专业课。高起专各科类(体育、艺术类除外)、专升本各科类(艺术类除外)专业课由招生学校根据专业要求自行确定是否加试。如需加试必须在全国统一考试前进行，招生学校必须在招生章程中注明并自行命题和组织考试。专升本艺术、体育各专业须加试专业课，由招生学校自行规定考试科目并组织考试。考试时间定于10月24、25日，考生须持《准考证》和《居民身份证》于10月23日到所报考学校(报省外学校艺术类考生除外)指定地点报名并参加考试，合格者方可参加录取。报考高起本、高起专的体育、艺术类考生须加试术科。体育类各专业的术科考试由招生学校负责组织。省内成人高校艺术类各专业的术科考试，全省设哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、佳木斯四个考区，由所设考区的市(行署)招考办按省招考办成招字〔2019〕第2号文件要求组织实施。各考区受理考试范围为：哈尔滨考区：哈尔滨市、绥化市。齐齐哈尔考区：齐齐哈尔市、大庆市、黑河市、大兴安岭行署。

牡丹江考区：牡丹江市、鸡西市、七台河市。佳木斯考区：佳木斯市、鹤岗市、双鸭山市、伊春市。省农垦系统考生可就近到上述考区参加考试。高起本、专科体育类、艺术类(省外学校艺术类专业除外)术科加试时间定于10月24、25日。10月23日艺术类考生持《准考证》和《居民身份证》到上述设考区的招考办报名并参加考试；体育类考生持《准考证》和《居民身份证》到所报考学校报名并参加考试。报考省外学校艺术类专业的考生，须按招生学校规定的时间和地点参加术科考试。上述加试的专业课和术科考试成绩均按百分制记分，组织考试的招考办或招生学校收取术科测试费每项(科)30元。已被录取的本科第二专业学历教育的新生，录取学校可根据新生所报专业对其进行必要的文化和专业基础知识测试。对于达不到该专业文化和专业基础知识要求的新生，录取学校可以取消其入学资格。
