Abstract
With the progress of time, computers have become an integral part of the modern necessities of each company in terms of the use of a set of effective human resource management system to managethe basic information of employees , payment of wages andattendance records, will be a lot easier . Previous single manual recording has been unable to meet the current high-speed replacement of staff traffic. Simple accessto archival records alone mobility , personal attendance and final settlement of wages , not only time consuming but also very easy to make mistakes , ofte n putt ing in a lot of man power and resources , but not satisfied with the efficie nt man ageme nt.
