汽车发动机缸内直喷技术
摘要
大众轿车在国内首先采用了FSI发动机技术,采用该项技术的发动机具有节能,高效,低排放的优点,已成为车用汽油发动机一个十分重要的发展方向。本文首先介绍了FSI技术概念及其优缺点。在与进气道喷射发动机比较的基础上,研究了FSI技术在充气系统、燃油系统和的工作原理,重点分析了FSI 发动机分层充气、均质稀混合气、均质混合气三种模式以及燃油系统的结构和工作原理。借鉴于柴油机的燃油喷射技术,大众发动机采用了分层注油和均匀注油两种模式。FSI 技术有很大的发展潜力,将得到更大发展并将取代目前的进气道喷射技术。而本文还主要是对FSI发动机的工作原理进行了分析,并通过列举案例,对FS I发动机的常见故障进行分析、排查,提出解决方案。

Tutor: Volkswagen car wasusedfirstly in China FSIengin etechnology, the technology ofenginehas theadvantages of energy saving, high efficiency, lowemissions ofthe advantages of gasoline engine, has becomeavery importantdevelopmentdirection.This paper firstintroduced the FSI technology co ncept and its advantages and disadvantages. Intheinletandje tengine based on the comparison,has studied theFSItechnologyinpneumaticsystem, fuelsystemand theworkingprinciples,focusing on analysis of FSI engine, homogeneous stratified charge lean mixture,homogeneousmixture of threekinds of modes ofthefuel systemstructure and worki ng principle. In thediesel fuel injection technology, V olkswageneng ine uses a hierarchical oilinganduniform filling two kindsof mode. FSI technologyhas great potential for development, willbebigger andwillreplace the current port injection technology. Andthispaper also focuses on the FSI engine working principle isanalyzed,andthrough the list of cases,the FSI engine 's common fault analysis,investigation, putforward solutions.
