Although cooking methods and food in gredie nts vary wildly in differe nt places of China, it is com mon for good cuisine to take color, flavor, taste and nutrition into account. Since food is crucial to health, a good chef is in siste ntly tryi ng to seek bala nce betwee n cereal, meat and vegetable, and accord in gly Chin ese food is delicious as well as healthy.
