概 述
联轴器是用来将原动机所产生的运动和转矩
传递给从动机的装置，同时具有补偿原动机与从
动机之间由于制造误差、安装误差、承载后的变
形以及温度变化的影响等所引起的轴向、径向和
角向偏移的功能。

丹东克隆集团有限责任公司于1990年开始生
产联轴器，十余年来，产品遍及石油化工、冶金、
电力、造纸等行业，产量与质量同增，效益和信
誉共长。

公司1996年通过ISO9002质量体系认证，
1998年获国家质量合格证书，膜片联轴器获三项
国家专利，2001年获国家机械工业科学技术三等
奖，2002年被授予辽宁省高新技术企业，同年通

INTRODUCTION The coupling is a device used to transmit movement and torque from the driving machine to the driven machine to accommodate axial, radial and angular misalignments which occur between driving and driven machinery due to errors in manufacture and mounting load-deformation and temperature variation. 挠性膜片联轴器
工作原理
挠性膜片联轴器的弹性元件是由一定数量的薄金属片叠合成组，膜片有环形、多边、束腰等形式。

同一圆周上的精密螺栓交错间隔与主、从动安装盘相连接，这样将弹性件上的弧段分成交错的受拉伸和压缩的几个部分。

拉伸部分传递转矩，压缩部分趋向皱折，当机组存在轴向、径向和角向偏移时，膜片一部分伸长，另一部分压缩产生波状变性。

设计时以弹性件特定的三个方向的合适刚度来满足机组工况要求。

1.使用范围宽广，特别适用于高速大功率；

4.能在恶劣环境下工作，适用于高温
（300℃以下）或有腐蚀作用场合；
5.补偿轴向、角向位移能力大，并能吸振、隔振。

7.无噪音、零间隙、定速率、无须润滑；
8.作用在连接设备上的附加载荷小；
9.可完全满足API671标准。

选型步骤
1.根据主、从动机工作情况选择工况系数K（K值
见附表）。

2.根据下式计算选型扭矩Tc：
Tc = 9550*P*K/n （N.m）
式中：P—传递功率 （KW）
n—传递转速 （rpm）
3.根据Tc值从样本中选出扭矩合适的联轴器型号。

4.复核最大转速、主从动轴直径、最大角向和轴向
补偿是否满足要求。

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The elastic element of flexible coupling is composed of a number of thin metallic laminates, which are available in different types, such as cycloid ring, regular polygon and “waisted” form. On a common pitch cycle the body fitted bolts alternate stagger connect the driving and driven flanges. Thus the arc portions of the portions of the elastic element are divided into compression and tensile parts spacing alternatively. The tension part transmits torque while the compression part tends to flexure, when axial, radial and angular deflections appear in machinery, the membrane produce wavy deformation. One part of the membrane is extended, while the other is compressed, thus the elastic deformation is made. The special three direction stiffness factors of the elastic element are necessary to meet the machinery operating requirements, when designing.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
1.According to driving and driven machinery and operation conditions,select a service factor (K) from the table in the last page.
2.According the formula below to calculate the
torque(Tc).
Tc = 9550*P*K/n （N.m）
Where：P—power rating (KW)
n—transmitting speed （rpm）
3.According to the value of Tc,select coupling type.
4.check if the conditions bleow is applicable :
Max.speed,Driver and driven shaft diameter, Max.axial displacements and Max.angular misalignment.

选型说明
当联轴器需要同时补偿轴向和角向偏移时，其允许不对中的补偿量可按下图曲线查得。

工况系数
工况系数K 值表
※若用齿轮箱传动则为1.25，用电机直接起动则为1.5，按API671要求则为1.75。

若在本表中，没有用户使用的从动机类型，可按AGMA514.02选取工况系数，或向我公司垂询。

SELECTION DESCRIPTION When the coupling is used for accommodating axial and angular deflections simultaneously, refer to the following graph for its compensating values of permissible misalignments . SERVICE FACTORS Table of service factors ※Where the drive is through a gear box ,use a service factor of 1.25, where the motor are direct “on line start “,use a service factor of 1.5 but according to API671 ,use a service factor of 1.75 , If the customer can not find the suitable factor values from the recommended table ,please select the service factors from AGMA514.02 or consult our division.
